We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Spearfish -one of the benefits was staying in the loft. We loved the decor, location, and easy access to restaurants/downtown shopping. We found it very clean, comfortable and well stocked with supplies and gadgets/high quality appliances. We hope to return in the future! Thank you

My best friend and I just stayed at this wonderful loft-style condo in downtown Spearfish. The loft was perfect for the two of us, but could easily accommodate more people. Located in downtown it was an easy walk to restaurants, bars, shopping and just exploring Spearfish. Easy drive to lots of other touristy areas including Deadwood, Keystone, Sturgis, etc. What we loved most was how well stocked the loft was for all essentials. It is clearly well loved by the owners and we were truly made to feel at home. Whitney was quick to answer the few questions I had prior to arrival, which was much appreciated. I would HIGHLY recommend this space to anyone.

My husband, son, and I visited Spearfish over spring break to see family. This loft was the perfect place for our visit. It met all of our needs for a vacation home (comfortable, clean, well-appointed, parking). There are several coffee shops and restaurants within a 2-3 block radius, so it's located in a very walkable area.

This property is even more beautiful in person then expected. Amazing location and very easy directions for check in and out. Do yourself a favor and stay here!!

This place was absolutely perfect!!!! Super clean, great location and everything you could possibly need and then some. This has by far been one of the best VRBO’s I have ever stayed in and we have stayed in a lot. Thank you for making our trip so special.

Our family needed a last minute getaway for Christmas and we were so lucky that this property was still available! It’s close to everything in Spearfish and a reasonable drive to many of the winter attractions in the hills! Cute, modern decor and very clean with all the amenities. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful. Quiet. We live in Spearfish, wanted to do something fun/special for Christmas. This place checked all the boxes. Definitely will stay there again and reserve for company when they visit.

We loved this condo! The pictures were spot on. Location is perfect. Whitney had thought of everything you may need while staying away from home. The coffee shop downstairs is amazing and family ran. We will be back!!

We really enjoyed this loft on Main St of Spearfish. Very clean. Modern. Comfortable. We appreciated all the little touches that went into this place; nothing was missing. I was grateful to the host for texting me check in instructions upon arrival as I had difficulty accessing. She was lovely and efficient in communication with instructions. Highly recommend this place when staying in beautiful Spearfish.

My wife and I were on a long needed vacation. We had an exceptional time it was an awesome location, the loft was totally amazing! We were truly blessed by God on this trip our stress level factor was zero .

We were in town for the BHSU football game and loved the location. The high ceilings and spacious accommodations were much nicer than expected. The rental was very well appointed. And Ruby’s Roost was the perfect go-to for coffee, breakfast sandwiches and pastries. Highly recommended!

The loft was amazing. The owners thought of every amenity and the entire process was so smooth. My husband and I enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and bars after a day of biking or hiking. We will be staying here again in the future.

Beautiful property, couldn't ask for a better location, a short walk (1 to 5 minutes)to three or four restaurants. Wouldn't hesatate to stay again.

Absolutely loved this property. Can tell the attention to the detail put into this loft. Had everything we needed along with complimentary goodies when we arrived. The location above brewery, restaurant, and coffee shop. What more you need!!! Can't wait to stay here again.

This place had everything you'd want or expect. The amenities were great, it's modern and very clean. The thing that sets this rental apart is the convenience of having everything so close. There's a coffee shop and restaurant in the same building and several other bars/restaurants just steps away. It wasn't noisy either. The directions from the host prior to our visit were clear and easy to follow. This is a perfect place to stay if you're visiting the sites during the day and want a comfortable place to relax in the evening. We'll be back!

This loft was just right space wise, nicely appointed and cozy. Would totally stay again. Coffee and food are so close!

You won’t be disappointed with staying here. The space is thoughtfully decorated and the kitchen has everything you need even as a visitor (was impressed with even spices being provided). The hosts are attentive to all messages and made my stay even easier with such quick communication.

Property was great, location was perfect. It was private and parking was nice and close. Stayed here with the family, it was far better than staying at a hotel. Located right in the heart of downtown and only a short drive from the huge water park. Hosts were great. 5 stars! I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to spend time in Spearfish away from the hustle of the tourist towns but still close enough for a short drive to enjoy all that the black hills have to offer.

Nice, modern, clean place to stay. Enjoyed being able to walk to to many shops, restaurants, bars and activities in Spearfish downtown. Easy access to many attractions and outdoor activities.

Had an amazing stay in Spearfish while our son attended Football Camp at BH. Highly recommend this loft. They had absolutely everything we needed. Excellent hosts as well. Very responsive.

The owner took every consideration to make your stay as easy and relaxing as possible. From morning Kuerig’s to choose from to every amenity you could possible imagine they had it. Whitney was super helpful when we arrived and would definitely not hesitate to book again.
