My partner and I stayed here for a weekend trip and it was just what we needed. The place was clean and the check-in process was simple.

Hometown visit, location close to where my family members and buddies live so not much driving time for daily visits and golf! Also located close to downtown and airport, it will be my choice of lodging for future visit if available!

This is a wonderful spot to see downtown Charlotte without being in the middle of downtown Charlotte. Less than 2 miles from boa stadium and lynks is really close, so super accessible without getting back in your car. The hosts were fabulous.

John is a fantastic host. He is friendly & helpful & quickly communicative. The property is even better than the photos depict. Its so clean you could “Eat off the floors!” It is fully equipped with everything you could possible need. The neighborhood has so many charming homes. The koi pond is such an added bonus my son & I thoroughly enjoyed. I highly recommend this property and it’s host!

Very cute place to stay and great location from all the downtown fun

John was a pleasure to work with. I was in Charlotte on a family emergency. John was so kind during a very difficult time. The accommodations were pristine and I will definitely be contacting John for my next family visit.

This was a perfect place for my husband and I while attending a concert at the Bank of America Stadium. We mostly Ubered around the city for a very reasonable price. The space was very comfortable and very well kept! Would definitely book again!

The property was in a great location. The room has all amenities you would need. A Kitchen, laundry room. The bathroom was spacious. The bedroom was large with an overhead fan. The Bed was comfortable. I would stay here again.

This property is quiet, private, and a quick walk to the streetcar line. Nice neighborhood; pleasant host. Apartment above the garage was clean, nice kitchen, but didn’t really use it. Garage door wasn’t really loud like some reviews said. The bathtub makes a noise when stepping in it, but was totally sufficient. Would stay again.

Very comfortable little apartment above the garage. Very quiet neighborhood a little further from the touristy locations that we wanted to visit but Uber and Lyft found us easily. No issues at all with this stay!

This house is just as pictured and described. The bed linen is comfortable, and shower pressure and temperature is perfect. Beautiful tranquil outdoor area to relax. The host is very responsive. This is our second visit to this VRBO and hopefully not our last!

This is a nice apartment, equipped with all the basics. Close to city center area but in a quiet neighborhood of updated homes and has a spot to park right by the door.

The hubby and I loved this quaint location. Quiet and beautiful neighborhood. The place was super clean, fully equipped, private, and close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment (5 to 10min walk). The owners of the property were amazing and truly willing to help/answer any of our questions. We loved our time there and hope to come again real soon. I forgot to ask them the name of the adorable purple mini tree that is at the front corner portion of their property next to the sidewalk? This place was even more than we could wish for.

We were in Charlotte for a wedding and this was a perfect location. The neighborhood was charming and the space was exactly as described. The space next to the apartment is a little tight to navigate coming from one entrance (at least for our car) but if you go past it and turn around to come in from a different angle it is fine. There is a flight of stairs necessary to reach the living space so keep that in mind if you have children or difficulty with stairs. Though small, it doesn't feel cramped. It's quite open actually with the only enclosed space being the closet and bathroom (so keep that in mind if you are looking for a more private space - the bedroom has a wall dividing it from the living area and kitchen, but no door). The kitchen has a few basics but if you are keen to cook a lot you may need to bring or buy some things (for instance, no pot holders or baking dishes). There is a toaster and a Kuerig and full sized refrigerator. Off the kitchen space there is also a nice stackable washer/dryer. There was a thoughtful little basket of snacks and some water which we appreciated after a long drive. There is a nice sized tub and shower - the shower is quite noisy as the floor underneath it squeaks and makes a lot of noise when you are using the shower. The bed was comfortable and we slept well, the neighborhood was very quiet. There is a lovely little backyard garden that we unfortunately didn't get to enjoy, but it had a fountain and looked like a nice place to sit and relax. It wasn't an issue for us since we had a car, but most grocery stores and drug stores are several miles drive away but were easily accessible. John was great at communication and though it was not an urgent issue or even an inconvenience, he sent someone over to replace the batteries in the tv remote. We would definitely stay here again - close and convenient to Charlotte, a quiet space in a lovely neighborhood!
