It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). Tampering with the device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $200 fine. Guest Access: Guests are renting a private home in its entirety and will have access to all amenities available. Every direction you go from this home you will find entertainment. With Fort Lauderdale dubbed the 'Venice of America' and the yachting capital of the world, you have easy access to many marinas where you can charter and rent boats.
