You are footsteps away from a huge variety of dining, shops, and entertainment. You can also walk to the middle of The Pigeon Forge Parkway! This newly built 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom cabin sleeps up to 4 guests. Whether you want to relax or get in all the action, this is the cabin for you! The Space: Bedroom- King bed, smart tv Master Bathroom- Tub/shower combo Half Bathroom- Hallway access Living Room- Electric fireplace, smart tv, queen sleeper sofa Kitchen- Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, pots, pans, bowls, plates, cups, silverware, utensils Covered Back Porch- Hot Tub, seating Covered Front Porch- Seating Exterior- Charcoal grill (bring charcoal) Parking- Cabin accommodates 1 vehicle on the left side of the cabin (bumper is in front of space) Guest Access: Entire Cabin The Neighborhood: This cabin is steps from The Old Mill District of Pigeon Forge, TN! You are literally in the heart of all the action that this area has to offer! You can walk to favorites such as The Old Mill Restaurant or The Pottery House Cafe! There are tons of dining, entertainment, and shopping options within footsteps of the cabin's front door. You can also walk to The Pigeon Forge Parkway. The cabin is located on The Little Pigeon River so you can just sit back and enjoy the sounds of rushing water right off the back deck of the cabin! Getting Around: We also recommend using a car, but you can literally walk to so many things that Pigeon Forge, TN has to offer that it's truly amazing! Other Things to Note: Must be 21 or older to book this cabin. This cabin sleeps 4 guests maximum. We always recommend 4x4 drive for anywhere in The Great Smoky Mountains. The cabin features paved roads all the way and is very flat to get to being in the middle of downtown Pigeon Forge. Without any inclement weather any car should be fine but again, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the area. Fireplace is electric. Starter sets of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent are provided. Bring your own coffee. Either grounds or k cups as the Keurig machine takes both. You cannot beat this location. You are in the middle of downtown Pigeon Forge and on the river! There are lots of attractions around including go karts that are across the river and through the woods. You may hear them from time to time while being outside on the deck. We stayed for 3 nights in this great house, the location is perfect for exploring on foot or getting around by car. The house is super clean, quiet, and is great with its entertainment arcade games, hot tub and smart tv. We will certainly be back!!!!

Great location with 1 minute walk to Old Mill restaurant & shopping. Cabin is stocked well & you will need nothing. Hot tub was very nice! Shower head is likely water conserving as the water flow is terrible. This was the only downside of the rental & hopefully the owners will replace it.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The location to the Mill was awesome. Liked the coffee shop across the street. The cottage was so nice! Absolutely loves the setup and hot tub!! Totally recommend to family and friends!!

I can not say enough great things about our stay at Old Mill Honeycomb Cottage. Perfect location, the cottage was adorable! We were in walking range of dining and shopping. Plus just a short drive to Gatlinburg. We would highly recommend staying at the cottage and will definitely book again! Loved it!

This little cottage was perfect for a quick little getaway for my husband and myself. We very much enjoyed the location, it was so nice to be able to walk to surrounding shops and restaurants. The place was clean and everything inside was in good condition. The only thing that was a slight issue was the AC might need a tuneup, it did eventually get cooler but it took a very long time and was unable to keep it cool during the day even though it seemed the unit was running nonstop. But even with that we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in the future.

Location is excellent and the place was immaculate! My only suggestion is to buy and install long vent deflectors. It was uncomfortably cold in the living room to the point we could not sit and enjoy the electric fireplace or dinner. This is due to the registers being so close to the ceiling instead of on or near the floor. The house could not get warmer than 65, no matter what temp you put the thermostat on. The bedroom was nice and cozy as long as you kept the bedroom door closed. Nice little place though!

Where do I begin? The location is perfect, within walking distance of many shops, and the Old Mill Restaurant. The check in/out process was easy. The cottage itself is beyond beautiful. Everything was clean, new, and nicely decorated. The hot tub was amazing for the evenings after walking all day. The bed was comfortable, as was the couch. The half bath was a bonus that really came in handy for us. My only very small complaint was the water pressure in the shower was quite weak and the sink in the master bath drained very slow. But those are small things that can be corrected. We look forward to booking this place again in the future! You have your own parking spot and the car store across the street was awesome! 5 stars for sure!

This property is located in the perfect spot! It's close to EVERYTHING! We especially enjoyed the game console during our downtime and the hot tub. :) Highly recommend.
