Other things to note **4 wheel drive is a MUST during the winter months** The roads are paved and not dangerous. If it snows, you won't be able to get up or out without four wheel drive. The stairs in the house are steep (we replaced a spiral staircase). We have a gate at the top to keep them safe for kids.
