Sleeps 4 comfortably with 2 full bedrooms and a massive loft - Nestled on the CAMBA/Birkebeiner cross-country ski and mountain biking / hiking / snow-shoeing trail right out your front door with access to The Brook, Maqwa, and Fish Hatchery trailheads - just minutes away from the Namekagon River - a cross-country skier's / snow-shoer's / mountain biker's / hiker's true Nirvana. Graciously situated in the Northwoods and perfect for entertaining - well-equipped, fully furnished kitchen with gas stove/oven and fireplace, spacious outdoor wrap-around deck overlooking 10 acres of pristine forest. Enjoy sunset views from the large wrap-around porch with grill in this 2-story, knotty pine chalet newly built in 2021 - the chalet combines cabin comfort with a true North Woods experience. Wifi/Internet - speed is somewhat variable - as is the case with most Northwoods homes / properties. Absolutely no smoking and no pets - full damage deposit with-held for any smoking or pet situations.

We enjoyed our stay in the cozy chalet. It's beautiful inside and out. Spent time hiking, playing cards and reading by the fireplace. Hope to come again to do some snow-showing.

Our stay there was exemplary in every little way. Jennifer and Tom were responsive and so helpful with any questions we had. The property is serene and peaceful. We left feeling renewed and restored. I would definitely stay here again if given the chance. We did an easy day trip up to the South Shore from here. It was spell-binding. Loved our get-away!

Stayed in this cabin for a long weekend. The cabin is in the perfect spot. Out in the woods with a meadow behind it. But, close enough to town that it is not a hassle to go back and forth. Decorated beautifully. The kitchen is fully stocked . Very cozy and comfortable. The hosts were responsive if needed and were very inviting. We would return again in a minute!!

This Chalet is in a beautiful setting. You drive up to it on a winding road in the woods. It is so cute inside and out. It is decorated very tastefully and has everything you need for your stay. Highly recommend it for a perfect getaway to Hayward Wisconsin!

Just what me and my wife are looking for. A nice cabin nestled back in the woods. The cabin was beautiful. The property grounds were beautiful. Plenty of walking trails right in the area. The property managers are wonderful. If you are looking for a place to get away for a few days of peace and quiet, this is a must place to spend your time.

We enjoyed our second stay at the chalet even more than our first visit!!! Upon driving in you see an attractive setting of beautiful green grass accenting the chalet in front. Woods and grasslands frame the building background. The property is in a secluded setting yet close to Hayward should you need to shop or just bum around a bit. A great deck area is both partly covered and open to enjoy the outdoors dependent on weather. The kitchen has all you need to create and enjoy tasty meals onsite. Adequate room is provided to swing a truck and boat in should you care to. The property was super clean and both Tom and Jennifer are as nice of people as you would want to meet. A few back and forth texts were responded to super quickly. We stayed as a couple but four could surely make it work if you care to.

Loved this chalet and its location! I stayed with a friend while doing some mountain biking in the area and this was a perfect home base for us. Whether you're a biker or a skier or just looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway, this chalet is surrounded by acres of wilderness and right of the Birkie trail system.
Everything inside the cabin is clean and comfortable and you'll be in great hands with Tom and Jennifer as your hosts.
I'm already looking forward to my next trip and will stay here again in a heartbeat!

Totally impressed with this Northwoods cabin/chalet that is secluded for privacy,quiet, solitude. We loved chalet decor throughout the cabin as well as the quality and well kept furnishings inside. We used the firepit every night and hiked the trails that are a few steps away from the property. Owners were very easy to communicate with. If we ever head back to the Northwoods we surely will be back.

The chalet was perfect for a fun girls weekend getaway! The chalet was very clean and we loved the outdoors, walking trails and downtown! Tom and Jennifer were great hosts. Would definitely come back again!

We took a sister’s trip to Hayward and LOVED the cabin. Off the beaten path but clean and private. We took advantage of the patio and fire pit to decompress, laugh and watch nature in action. Our hosts made everything so easy. Would definitely recommend.

Our hosts were awesome; very attentive and super helpful. This chalet is in a beautiful secluded area with biking access to so many beautiful trails. It’s a great location to aIl the area offers. If you mountain bike, Hayward/Seeley/Cable is the place to do it. We’ll be back!

The chalet was perfect!! It was everything that was in the description and more. The location was beautiful and peaceful. We came to Hayward to spend a weekend riding our motorcycles exploring northern Wisconsin and this was the perfect location to start and end from. After a day of riding we could relax at the chalet and have a nice dinner and bonfire. The hosts were great and very communicative. Would highly recommend!!

We had a great weekend to ski, even though it was at the end of the season. Cabin could not have been nicer, love the woodwork and all the details. Would definitely stay again!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Jennifer's and Tom's trailside chalet. The home is new, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Our communication with Jennifer was excellent. And it was great to ski right from the house to the Birkebiner trail! We would definitely stay here again.

We loved it. We were there training for the Birkie (cross country skiing) and I felt like Elsa in Frozen. Cute Scandinavian details. Surrounded by nature. Had a campfire outside in the snow. We loved it. Super clean and well stocked and just adorable!

Our second stay at Nordic Pines and everything is just as I remembered—cozy, beautiful gem in the woods, surrounded by snow-covered trees, and skiing literally steps from the door. The groomer even greeted us after setting trails as we arrived. Nearby by Hayward, access to the Birkie trailhead at Mosquito Brook, and a short drive from OO and Cable. Spacious for a few friends or small family getaway weekend! Hosts are 5-stars

We enjoyed our stay in Hayward. The property was just as described and was super comfy and efficient! Property had everything as described. Communication with Tom and Jennifer was easy… we appreciate that very much! We sure hope to visit again soon.

This house was lovely and beautifully decorated, and it was exceptionally clean. The walking trails are right out the door and lead through meadows and wooded areas which are full of wildlife. The covered porch is lovely to sit and watch the birds and deer. I would highly recommend staying here, and I would also recommend a short trip to Cable for the nature center's bird presentation and a trip to Seeley for the beach at Silverthorn Park. A great place for families!
