Located in the center of town, this three-level gem has all the comforts and convenience of home. Enter the front door to notice the cathedral ceilings and hand-pressed hardwood floors. Shake off the coats and boots and meander into the open living space to find a large sectional sofa sleeper and flat screen TV hanging on the wall so all can enjoy movie nights. The sliding glass door allows for plenty of sunlight and access to the one of the two private patios on the main floor. The pellet stove will make everything cozy while dining at the table with seating for six after cooking your delicious home cooked meal in the full kitchen.The other patio is accessible from the dining area and where you can serve breakfast on a warm summer morning while taking in the mountain views and crisp air. All bedrooms are supplied with a TV for streaming your favorite shows while taking in the quiet of the night. THINGS TO KNOW The internet in this area is unreliable. This home does not allow early check-in. Please remember to bring your pool towels, we only provide regular towels for your stay. While pots and pans are available for use, as a safety precaution, consumables such as oil, spices, and coffee are not provided. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Ski shuttle details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. The location was very convenient. It was right by the shuttle to Mammoth Mountain. The only issue was that our doorlock code didn't work and it took 4+ tries of them having to reset the code... the bathroom lights weren't working initially and needed to be fixed. overall, the place is nice.. the beds definitely need some upgrading though.

The toilet seat is broken and kitchen lights didn’t work which was a downfall. We used kitchen a lot. It was a little dusty everywhere. The location was good. Kitchen was clean .

Overall very nice, problem with pellet stove but resolved Some one deadbolted door in our absence had to call to gain entry. This is a mystery.

It would have been nice to know that of the three bedrooms none of them had a private bath. Not even the master. The signage on the building was lacking, but overall a pretty decent place.

This place was just right for two families. All the description was on point. Kitchen was well stocked with spices, pots and pans, however guests will need to bring own saran wrap and aluminum foil (if needed). sandwich bags are available and placed at the bottom of the sink. Wifi was strong but it was hard to figure out the entertainment system and we couldn't so it was no tv during our stay, which was fine by us. Another downside but not a bother is that the closet in the room by the upstairs bathroom was farily precarious...hard to open and felt like it was going to break when i tried pushing it open to hang jackets. I did like the fact hat the upstairs shower had a moveable shower head, as it is helpful when bathing little kids since those stationary showers are too high for them. Parking surrounds the complex but this unit was close to the walking entrance and thus was easy access to and from car. Overall I am happy with this place and will stay again, if available.
