About this cottage rental
Here we have one of our most beautiful cottages on property! This cottage is literally right on the water, you can't get much closer without getting wet! Come stay in our unit of #264 that we have nicknamed "Cabin Leisure". You are sure to enjoy yourself in this cottage. It is recently updated with all new furnishings and appliances, which include a washer/dryer and a king size bed! In this unit there are 3 windows that will give you the ultimate 270 degree view of the beautiful Deschutes River. The walking trail is right out your front window so if you enjoy people watching like I do, then this will have tons of walkers to see passing by! But don't worry, out cottage windows have a slight tint to them to help keep the privacy of you and your guests on the inside! While staying with us you will have the luxury of access to our indoor heated pool and hot tub! After taking a dip in the pool you can come back to the central AC to cool down even more on those warm summer days, and in the winter you can snuggle up next to the gas fire place after being at Mount Bachelor skiing all day! You're welcome to bring up to two pets, so long as you pay the one-time $50 pet fee (per pet, plus tax). We send you the pet fee request after you book. You must disclose your pets upon booking.

I booked this place because I needed something dog friendly and this was perfect. The river trail is steps from the front door. The place didn’t show obvious signs or smells of dog friendliness which was a happy surprise.
It is dated from the outside and the entry door sticks quite a bit and the heat tricky to maintain but the location to the walking trail made up for that for us.

A cozy beautiful spot with the river right outside our window! The condo was very clean and warm. Very comfortable furniture with a pullout couch. It Felt very safe walking 15 min to town even in the dark. Would definitely recommend this spot! 100000 stars

I was in Bend for a quick work trip and needed a pet-friendly unit. This is very cute inside and is located right on the river—very clean and updated interior. Walking distance to downtown and the walking trail and park right outside the unit is perfect for travelers with pets. I would absolutely come back and stay here on vacation.

We loved staying in this cute little cottage near the banks of the Deschutes River. It has a great view, and plenty of windows to enjoy your surroundings. The kitchen was well equipped and the furniture was very comfortable. We found our new “go to” place for when we want to spend time near a river.

We really enjoyed our stay and the view out of the living room windows can't be beat. We were worried the walking path would be noisy, but it was a very peaceful location.

This cabin set nestled right next to the beautiful Deschutes River! We loved having the walking trail right outside our door for easy access to downtown shops and restaurants.

Spiffy little cabin, with a big comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, and right by the river. Perfect for a couple or one person only issue was a mildewy smell, which is probably the price of being right next to the river. We bought a scented candle in town and that seem to cover it up. They are building a house next-door so we woke up to, the sound of nail guns every morning. But that’s going to end at some point.

Wonderful views from every window. Hear the sounds of the river by opening a window or nice and quiet when shut. No outdoor space but your close proximity to the river gives you quick and easy access to find a spot to dip your feet. Also a pretty easy walk to downtown. Loved it and hope to be back!

This is a great place to stay in Bend. A short walk to the downtown, the apartment is quiet and modern. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our time here. The location is excellent, right by the water and close to downtown, but very quiet. While we would have liked better lighting in the DR and LR and a different DR table and chairs, we would absolutely stay here again.
The property management is on site and very responsive. Housekeeping was excellent and very friendly.

This place is exactly as great as the pictures make it look. It's also a 5 minute walk to all the downtown stuff.

Loved our stay at River West! The view is incredible and the trail was perfect for our pups! The bathtub faucet was leaking but hopefully that will be fixed soon. We will definitely be back!

Location, location, location. Gorgeous place in a gorgeous place…what more can you ask for? The cottage is in a small attached building right at the waters edge. We were traveling with our two pups and there was a beautiful river walk right outside the door. Inside was comfortable with everything we needed right there. We would definitely book it again.

We had a great time, the condo was clean and comfortable. The view of the river was awesome. The walking path along the river was very nice, its busy so I was glad to know the windows are tinted so people can't see in. A couple things need some attention, the kitchen faucet is loose, the bathtub faucet leaks and the remote was not working, I think batteries may be needed. I would definitely stay in this unit again though.

We loved the location and view of the river.. Facility not exactly as advertised.. the portable AC in living room did not cool the bedroom!! It was warm! The shower is slow drain! Very basic towels and not enough .. some better quality towels would of been nicer and get rid of shows curtain! For the price we expected more than just above camping accommodations!

Bend in the summertime is amazing. I should have done a better job of reading the description as there wasn’t much of an option to sit outside. There is a lovely trail right out the back though. River is beautiful and neighborhood is quiet.

Overall a great place. We loved the views and being able to walk to down town. Just a few things need to be worked on, the kitchen faucet needs to be tighten and the water in tub runs all the time. Thank you for being dog friendly.

Beautiful stay in Bend
This rental was exactly what my boyfriend and I had in mind for our stay in Bend. Easy walking distance to downtown as well as easily accessible to the other neighborhoods of Bend. The cottage was in great shape and the living room and kitchen furnishings in particular were modern and well-kept. Of course, the best part was being able to hear the sounds of the Deschutes River behind us! We loved going for walks on the river trail in the morning and would be thrilled to stay at this property again.

Beautiful riverfront retreat!
We absolutely loved this gem!
It was newly remodeled, clean and fully stocked with everything you could ever need.
The view was beyond beautiful and having access to the trail was perfect!
The bed was super comfortable which is a big deal for us.
The owners were amazing to work with.
Perfect for a weekend getaway for a couple.
We are definitely going back!
