Manager was very helpful when app was down and responded quick to all messages. Huge apartment and manager made sure we had everything we needed

This property did not provid acurate descriptions of the access to the amenities. The pool was closed the whole time while staying there (this was one of the reasons for selecting the location). The game room was not available in the times we were told it would be available, the property seemed to close it midday with a padlock on the door. The listing states a pull out twin and queen mattress, there was a twin bed and an air mattress. I am hoping this can be made right.

We have stayed in this building before and its location is perfect for all the fun downtown Dallas stuff you could want. Really appreciate the valet parking for one car. The biggest disappointment was that the pool was closed. The host didn't know anything about it, but when we asked the front desk, they said it had been closed for quite some time. Overall a great stay and would stay again.

Overall our experience at this location was good. The check in process wasn’t the smoothest as it was difficult to get in touch with the management company prior to our check in time. Because of this my family and I found ourselves waiting outside of the building for our check in instructions. We also had problems accessing the amenities listed on this property. The pool was closed (no one can control that) but the access codes given to us for the rest of the amenities did not work to let us into the gym or anything else on this property. Once inside we had a wonderful stay in the apartment, it was quiet and peaceful. Everything in downtown was in walking distance including the farmers market which is very convenient.

The location was not close enough to walk to anything. Most restaurants and shopping must be Uber or drive urself and find parking. Very hard communicating with property management. Living room couches are not for lounging on.

The room we had was awesome, clean, had all amenities I could ask for (towels, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hairdryer, k-cups, kitchen supplies) my only comment is that there was some confusion on my part about the check in process, the owner requires a picture of your license and the VRBO app was not allowing me to upload pictures. We figured it out and got the check in instructions. Getting into the building was a little difficult because the keypad is covered by a metal grate, it’s hard to reach the buttons, but that’s more the buildings issue and not the hosts.

Me and my two colleagues were attending a conference at Kay Bailey in Dallas and the location couldn't have been better. Walking distance from the convention center. $9-$10 Uber ride from all the outings that the Vendors hosted throughout downtown Dallas. Walking distance to Starbucks and a corner market for a quick breakfast. Place was clean, the beds were comfortable and the wifi rocked! Will definitely stay here again.

I stayed at a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with a full kitchen. The location is good. Near the convention center and close to Main Street. There is a keypad to enter the building so the building is secure. The gym fact are nice as well. I would recommend staying here and would stay here again.

The rustic realm has all of the amenities travelers need to have a great weekend in Dallas. It’s centrally located to the farmers market, shops, and only minutes to Deep Ellum. I will be staying here more often and definitely recommend the friendly owners to anyone looking for a wonderful experience in Dallas.

And the kid loved the hammock. It is an older building with exposed duct work and electrical conduit (think loft style aesthetic). Walking distance to Deep Ellum and there is a small "bodega" a couple of blocks away. Communication was prompt and easy. We enjoyed our stay and would book again.
