There is a coffee shop and donut shop within a 2 minute drive! AMAZING coffee and donuts!! This fully furnished home is super spacious!!! While spacious, it also has a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. It is a 5 bedroom, 3 bath house with a spacious driveway and 2 car garage. Donuts and coffee shop are nearby! There are 2 kitchens and 2 dens. This house is perfect for large families. Everyone likes their own space when you travel. This house has plenty of room for everyone to enjoy each other's company and go off to their own separate corners for alone time. We are doggie friendly. Up to 2 small dogs are welcome with a $100 pet fee per dog at time of booking. Bring your fur baby and enjoy! Conveniently located!!!! The location is amazing! This property is 20 minutes from Knoxville, Sevierville, and Maryville. Access to the interstate is 25 minutes away. The activity of Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park is 35-40 minutes away. Townsend is the relaxing side of the Smokies and it is 25 minutes away. You can enjoy all the touristy spots while avoiding the traffic. For traveling health care professionals, there are numerous hospitals within a short distance. The following hospitals are under a 35 minute commute: Leconte Medical Center, Fort Sanders Regional, University of Tennessee Regional, Blount Memorial Hospital, Select Specialty Hospital, Fort Loudoun Medical Center, etc etc There is a deck overlooking the backyard with a grill, table, and seating for relaxing and entertaining. This house sits on .5 acres. There is a fire pit to enjoy in the back yard. The large and inviting living room has a super comfy sofa and a smart TV with a subscription to Hulu. The kitchen is open into the living room with a bar for food prep. There is a new Keurig, microwave, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with the items you need to cook a meal. The living room and kitchen are perfect for gathering together to visit one another. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a large TV. The second bathroom is attached to the master bedroom. There are three full bathrooms with nice shower heads. The washer and dryer are brand new units. The video walkthrough is a must see!!! Message me and I will send you the video walkthrough. Bring your small dogs to keep you company. This house is dog friendly. An extra large kennel is provided for you to use for fur baby when you leave the house. A pet fee of $100 per dog is due at time of booking.

The House was awesome! Brenda was amazing and replied to all inquiry's. The house is so comfortable and warm. We had several family dinners and the openness of the dining room kitchen living room area is spectacular. We will be staying @ Brenda’s home on our next trip for sure. Also thoroughly enjoyed the fireplace. being pet friendly, very important to us as we always travel with our pups. If you did not have pups, you would never know that the house is pet friendly cleanliness was 110% if I could have given six stars for the home I would.

This place was so roomy a seperate place for the teens was great they loved it , didnt have to teavel far for anything, it was just comfortable to be their.I would do it all over again

Convenient, nice property, comfortable beds, great communication with property owner. We were in town for a funeral, and we only stayed one night. We didn't use the grill or have time for cooking, so I can't say anything about the kitchen amenities. We did make coffee, so we were glad there was coffee and filters available. We would stay again.

My family stayed at this amazing property when my daughter graduated from the University of Tennessee. The layout of this house was great for our gathering. The couches were super comfortable! The table was a great place to gather around and play games. The beds and pillows were so much more comfortable than many hotels I've stayed at! We loved it all!
The location was amazing! My daughter lives near Knoxville and going back and forth was no problem at all. We also spent some time in Pigeon Forge and drove through the Newfound Gap, ending up straddling two states and "hiking" the Appalachian trail!
We all had an amazing time and when I come back to this area again, I will 100% stay here again! There are so many good things to say that I know I didn't list them all.

Brenda the host was very attentive to questions and provided necessary information that we needed. We did a boys weekend to the Tennessee Volunteer game. The house was great. Very spacious and clean. Felt very comfortable and at home. The commute to campus was easy and quick. I would recommend this house for anyone that is visiting the Seymour and Knoxville area. Thanks for everything Brenda.

I planned a surprise birthday trip for my husband and friends. This place was great! It can be a little hard to get an Uber, so plan ahead. We had plenty of room for friends and we got to bring our pup, she was so happy to not be left with the sitter.

Haven House was very well located for our activities (visiting family, Dollywood, and Pigeon Forge). The house was spacious and comfortable, with all of the amenities we could need. Our kids (13 & 16) enjoyed having their own space on the lower level. We all enjoyed being able to spread out but also have the space to eat and socialize all together. Brenda was a great host and made everything run smoothly.

If you're looking for high-end modern finishes, this isn't the property for you. But if you're looking for cleanliness and tons of space and enjoy the 70s vibe, this property will be perfect for you. We only had two adults, but we could have easily housed at least 10-12. If you're traveling with kids, the basement would be perfect for them to have their own space separate from the adults. The property allows dogs, but we would never have guessed there had been animals in the house. It was clean and comfortable and everything we needed for our weekend. One word of caution: the driveway has a big dip where it meets the road, so go very slow when you enter, especially if your vehicle sits low to the ground.

What a great find in the Knoxville area! We arrived late in the driving rain, and what a wonderful surprise to find a two-car garage waiting for us where we could unload in the dry.
We had seven in our party, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was well-provisioned with coffee/tea and everything else we needed.
We will definitely stay here the next time we return to the Knoxville area.

The house was beautiful and was in a convenient location. We had a great time. The only negative I would say was the owner did not give check out instructions until two hours before check out time and we had already left the property by then and were driving home. We left the place clean, however since we didn’t receive any instructions prior to leaving we did not know the owner wanted us to do so much (like AC set at a certain temp, washing towels and Linen, ect…) and of course these instructions were given too late and with a warning that an extra cleaning fee could be applied. This was not appreciated as we left the property clean and even made sure all the trash was bagged up and taken out prior to leaving. I’ve never had to pay a cleaning fee, and still had to clean yet then still received a threat of an additional fee because I didn’t follow a ridiculous amount of check out requests because they weren’t sent until I had already left the property. Overall the place was nice and we enjoyed our stay, but check out and/or cleaning process needs to be clearly started in the rules and sent well before the stay in my opinion.

We love the house and the location to Pigeon Forge. Have a great time visiting, just wish could of had some outside lights at the house for night sitting of the porch. Loved the size of the house and the number of rooms.

House was perfect! We needed a place to sleep and a kitchen to cook meals after a hard days work. This place checks all the boxes. Wish we would have been on vacation because it wouod have been even better. Zero complaints and comfortable as it gets. This place has all kinds of room, always a place to get away for some quiet if needed. Attached garage was a bonus for unpacking and then re packing after our stay. Can’t say enough about it. It’s like 2 houses in 1. And the owner is quick to respond and a delite to work with.

We had 9 total people, 8 adults, and had plenty of room for everyone. Anything we could have needed or forgot to bring was at the house. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at the Haven House. Plenty of room for the three couples. The location was great-easy to get to Knoxville and also close to the Smokies. Brenda was eaay to communicate with. We will definitely put this place on our list of places to stay next time we are in the area or one of her other properties. Thanks again!

Loved the place! Very roomy inside and out. Very clean and well supplied to fit our needs. We had 5 people and there was plenty of space for all of us. Loved sitting on the back porch with the view of the mountains. I would highly recommend to stay there. Brenda was very available for anything we needed.

We really enjoyed this place. We do VRBO for vacation stays. It was really nice having a home big enough for our group. It was very spacious and the amenities were great.

I made a mistake when booking. I thought we were leaving Monday but I only reserved the place through Sunday. When the cleaning crew showed up I was confused check my reservation it could have been a mess. Brenda called got us moved to another property so we could enjoy the last day of vacation with family. Even before all this took place she kept in communication trying to tend to our needs. I wound up staying at 2 of her rentals and they were both clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommended!!

Great location, only about 16 miles to the excitement of Pigeon Forge. House was clean. We only used the garage to go in and out of the house which kept our toddlers and fur babies safe.

Well, here’s the thing. We enjoyed our stay, but only because of the company, not the accommodations. Actually, the house was shabby. We contacted the owner when we discovered that some of the doors would not lock…no response. I am including pictures of some door handles, (#1, 2) along with a picture of the non-locking sliding door to the basement living area that we propped a pool cue in to possibly keep it closed, although, it would have taken a very strong person to open it as the track was bent. (#3,4)
The house had a decent deck on the back, though there was no lighting on the deck or on the basement patio, so those were somewhat useless after dark. (#5,6) There was no working outdoor lighting at all other than the motion detector on the front porch.
Inside, also, there were some obvious wiring problems that could have been potentially dangerous, including this switch (#7) that was apparently for the main light in the kitchen, which didn’t work, which made it a little difficult to prepare meals, and THIS, (#8) under the sink was a bit scary, to say the least. The wiring downstairs was puzzling, and again, raised some apprehensions. (#9, 10)
Several of the closets downstairs were without doors. (#11, 12) The doors to one were leaning against the outside of the house, (#13) next to the high chair that was supposedly provided for infant use…maybe infant birds! (#14)
The downstairs bathroom was shabbier than many college ‘bachelor pads’ I have seen, between missing and/or peeling wallpaper and holes in the wall and rusted medicine cabinets. (#15, 16, 17)
There were several other holes in the walls, some from the removal of the old intercom system, some from…well, who knows? (#18, 19, 20)
We were instructed to wash our towels before we left, but not to load the washer too much as it didn’t work properly…this, in a garage that could have used a good sweeping and a lot of paint.
All in all, this particular property did not speak well for the VRBO brand… at least, I HOPE it didn’t! We would be reluctant to book through VRBO again…understandably? The photo on your site showed a big living room, and that’s what we kept repeating to each other, “Well, this is a big room.” Other than that, not much good was said. I would suggest that you put the words “Caveat Emptor” on your web pages.

This was ideal place to stay as we had 4 motorcycles and two of the were pulling small trailers. With having a garage to park in was great. We were able to access all the area we wanted to see from on location. Brenda our host left us a lot of tips and places to eat. We will definitely book this again.

The size and location of this house couldn’t have been better. We were a large family coming from different parts of the US with my son and his family living 12 minutes from where we were staying in Knoxville. The kids had their own space downstairs while the adults had the upstairs when we weren’t off Doing super fun stuff during the day. We didn’t travel more than an hour for any activity. So fun and perfect. Brenda was amazing to deal with. Would stay again for sure!

We enjoyed our stay, but the home could use some updates and repairs. It was clean and had all the necessary items. Brenda was easy to work with and responded very quickly.

We enjoyed our week in Seymour, it was a new area for us to see. The kids had a great time with the fire pit that was provided making s’mores even when it was 90 degrees outside. We also loved having the garage space, it made loading and unloading so much easier.
My only issues were the kitchen needs more cookware, and that the thermostat can’t be turned lower than 70. We are used to keeping our home much cooler and by the end of the day it wasn’t able to keep it down to 70.
