We had a wonderful time! Fabulous house, walked right to the slopes. Had everything we needed, very comfortable and clean.

Our family of 18 has started the tradition of renting a home for our holiday gathering. It is not easy to find a place that can fit all of 5 of our families comfortably while also accommodating our wide range of needs (we are ages 2 to 75). This place met our expectations and more - it was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, warm, inviting, conveniently located, and more than reasonably priced for the amenities offered (which were many and varied and appealed to the wide range of ages of our family members). We would highly recommend and would hope to rent again.

We took our youth cheerleading team for a weekend getaway to celebrate a successful cheer season. We had 20 girls ages 11-13 on this trip! We absolutely loved it! The place was beautiful, spacious, and there was plenty for them to do! The house was clean and the area was peaceful! We are hoping to making this an annual trip!

It is a wonderful spacious house with perfect amenities for our group. We had great foosball and pool matches and set up cornhole outside on the pool deck. Comfy chairs, beautiful large dining table that accommodated all 19 of us. Only 1 small glitch...a couple of the showers were hard to adjust to a comfortable temp. Maybe bad mixing valves? Overall excellent and would recommend highly.

Incredible stay with our multi-generational family. We also hosted a birthday party with extended family and the house provided the perfect venue. Owner was communicative and thoughtful, even leaving the pool open so our kids could use it. House was clean and well equipped and the setting was beautiful. All the kids have asked if it can be our new meeting spot every year. Thanks for a great stay!

This was a great place for family get together. The weather was on our side for our late September stay so we enjoyed the outdoors amenities. But the indoors amenities were outstanding as well.

We stayed here for a golf trip. The house was great and we had plenty of room for our group. The hist was very responsive to any questions. Will try to come back with the family next time.

This house worked out perfectly for 19 of us, 18 yrs old +, 3 generations. We were all able to sit at the dining table each night. We used the heated pool (thanks to the owner making an extra push to have it open on time), the hot tub, shot hoops, watched movies in the theater room, had pool tournaments. We went in May, so no skiing, but, plenty of places to hike close by. The house had decent parking for our 6 cars. Beds comfortable. Plenty of towels. No shampoo/conditioner. We would definitely return!

We stayed at Timberwood for a choir retreat. The amount of bedrooms and beds was perfect for our group of 11 men and women. The home was neat, organized and had plenty of space for our group. There was plenty of cookware and bakeware for us to heat up our prepared meals. The neighborhood was quiet for a brisk walk, and we enjoyed dinner at Seven Springs resort the first night. The outdoor space was lovely. It was too cold for the pool and we didn’t use the hot tub. The movie room was amazing!!!! We really enjoyed the option of being able to relax and enjoy a movie all together, comfortably. Michael, our host, was very responsive, helpful and kind to us as we planned our trip. We appreciate everything he did to make our stay amazing.

We had a great time and plenty of space to all spread out. The location was great and the house was super clean, well thought-out, and the basketball room was a huge hit with the kids!

This was the perfect location to call our home base while some of us skied and others visited with local friends and family. We had a party of 11, with kids from 10-16 years old. They had a blast in the basketball room and relaxed in the theatre. The adults enjoyed playing games on the massive dining table, there are huge TV’s in each room and a great main seating area. We had 10 law school classmates stay at the property for a reunion weekend. The house is spectacular and very comfortable. The owner was easy to work with. We couldn't get any live TV (only streaming services) which was a disappointment, the the house is brand new and I don't think cable was hooked up yet. A wonderful weekend.

We booked this property for our family gathering to celebrate our parents' 50th anniversary. It was perfect for all 26 of us. The host was very responsive and kind. The property was super clean and comfortable. The dining room table is large enough to accommodate 16-18 guests. Because it rained the whole time we were there, we did not get a chance to enjoy the outside amenities, but thankfully, there was still plenty of activities indoor. The basketball court and movie theater was a hit amongst the young adults.
We are already planning another family gathering at the same house next year!

This was a great property for our group. The layout of the house allowed for smaller groups to converse, but still feel part of the larger group. We had folks in the kitchen, others playing cards at the huge table, others in the pool, and others sitting at the bar -- yet we could all see each other. Awesome house for a large group! There were a few punch list items -- but nothing major (toilet paper holders not yet mounted, etc..), but you get that with a new house/listing sometimes. We also loved that a short walk up the ski run, and we had access to a lot of walking trails in the Hidden Valley Resort. We're already talking about booking next year!

This was an amazing place for our family reunion! The Great room held our large party with ease, and the pool was easily visible from inside. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We would definitely come back!

This house was great for our family reunion, we loved the saltwater pool, the open kitchen/dining room area, the basketball hoop, and the fact that there was enough space so that we could all be together. The owner was very responsive and helpful and I would definitely recommend this property to another group.
Some minor things that could be improved: area rugs to dampen sounds - the open concept plus very few soft surfaces lead to echoing and waking people who were not quite ready :), and a fan in the loft area because even with the AC to stayed warm up there.

Beautiful home for large groups
The house was wonderful for our family trip! The pool area was a great place to be together with so many seating options. We also loved the large table with the seating nearby at the island, allowing us all to eat together. The theater room was also a family favorite. There are state parks nearby allowing for many recreation options.
