We came to visit family. It was a great place to relax and be together. The pool was clean. The home was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Just right for our needs.

The property in Seguin (Restoration Retreat) is spacious and has nice amenities like the pool/spa as well as a rec room where the family can play pool, watch TV/movies, and eat together. Communication with the property manager/owner was prompt and friendly. Would gladly return when we're in need of a break!

This was our 2nd visit to this property and it was as great as the first. When you live a busy life it is nice to be able to get away and just not have a schedule at all! We definitely enjoyed our time here. Hoping to make it a yearly trip. Definitely gives us something to look forward to.

Very nice, clean property. The grandkids really enjoyed the pool and pool table. The hosts were very friendly and made great suggestions for activities nearby. Large, fenced yard was very convenient for our dogs. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely time. The host was very responsive and kind. It was clean and comfortable. Nice having a full kitchen. I’m grateful to have found a place with the unique combo of allowing a pool, two dogs, and a child. The couches weren’t hotel new but were clean, comfortable, and to be expected in a place that allows dogs. We loved the easy access to the pool. It was a great escape from the heat. We will return.

We stayed 4 nights and it was wonderful. Very clean and spacious.So quiet and peaceful. Big trees everywhere. Love the view of the pool. Nice yard for our dogs to run and play. Yard is all fenced in. Close to everything. Definitely gets 10 stars from us.

Overall we were very happy with our stay. Good location, affordable, and great space for lounging with the family. The lack of privacy was the biggest issue. Better curtains in the main room would have made our stay even better.

Unlike the other paid for reviews, our experience was different the main house on property looks right directly into the vrbo property where there’s large window and only a few shear curtains that don’t even completely cover there are no blinds blinds and can see directly into rental with no privacy. Also after check in had a man peeping in the windows while it was just my wife and kids. Told host about it who said it was probably a confused guest from main house and later changed it to it was her husband trying to greet us. Left asked for refund host said she would do that and then told vrbo that we broke house rule and canceled our stay with no refund. But in text said we could still stay there if we wanted to.

Nice little getaway spot. The kiddos enjoyed the pool and spa as well as the playground and pool table. Will defiantly return if we are ever in Seguin again!

Really nice and easy to get along with owners, and the place was clean and very spacious for such a low price price I would recommend this over hotel any day. I just wish the online website took out the payments automatically.

This place was awesome. A beautiful property, spacious quarters, a great pool and jacuzzi, and the perfect host in Jason and his family. We came in from Leander for the weekend to take our son the the SA Zoo and explore the area. This location was just what we wanted because its secluded, close to the river, and yet within decent driving distance from some great places. We visited Gruene, New Braunfels, and SA during our stay and nothing was more than a 35 minute drive. The house was amazing. We particularly loved the pool table and TV that kept us entertained while winding down from our day. The shower was also a plus with great water pressure, and the full kitchen was nice. We honestly had the best time and can't wait to come back. Thank you Jason, it was a pleasure to meet you and your family. The hospitality and kindness you showed us was much appreciated. Enjoyed the privacy of the property, but as previously mentioned in another post, some curtains in the main area would be nice. The jacuzzi was exactly what the doctor ordered and the homeowner worked with us to have it turned on each night. Thanks!!

The property was extremely clean and easy access to the pool house! We will stay there again!!

House is clean roomy and comfortable. We had 1 issue with the wifi which they quickly resolved. Needs window coverings

My husband and I stayed for 9 day while in Segiun. It was such a beautiful place we can’t wait to visit again. Only thing I think could have been better is if the TV / Roku remotes worked. We downloaded an app for the Roku on our phones that worked. Great open space. The pool was beautiful, the neighborhood was quiet and very nice and the location is great and close to so many things. Not sure we could stay any place else after staying here.

Quiet and spacious place near downtown. The yard was huge! It was the perfect place for us while we were waiting for our home to be finished. Easy run to highly acclaimed Burnt Bean BBQ for breakfast on the weekends. Highly recommend!

This property is very clean. The main room is very large, we enjoyed the pool table. The house has loungers next to exterior swimming pool and a table for dining Al fresco. Very conveniently located.

This trip was awesome! Check in and out was simple. Advertising doesn't do justice for the property and the owners where very helpful throughout our stay. Pool table is was a nice addition as my family are all league players. The yard was perfect for our fur babies. My nephew enjoyed the pool. I do recommend grabbing your tablets for something to watch while in bed. We hope to be able to visit again in the future!

Clean and comfortable property in a pretty and quiet neighborhood. We were in town for only a few days but wished we stayed longer because the house was perfect for our needs. Will book again if in town!

Perfect location, short drives to San Antonio, New Braunfels without having to be in the city. Pool was great and the house is very spacious. Only thing missing was some extra blankets, but no biggie there. Would definitely go back.

We had the best time on our girls trip! It wasn’t too far from town and nice to get out of the craziness of the city to sleep! Will be back for sure!
