Very roomy. We didn’t spend much time in the unit but the evening rest was very quiet and peaceful.

Everything was just as advertised! Very clean and really nicely decorated! Perfect place for us to clean up, relax and go again! Wish we had longer to stay so we could have enjoyed the backyard amenities!

This is our second time to Galveston and our second time using vrbo. The property was newly renovated and decorated beautifully. Plenty of amenities at the house and a beautiful backyard. The beds were comfortable and water pressure was great! The coffee bar was really nice every morning and there are all the things you need if you want to cook. It was quiet on the street and within walking distance to rolled ice cream at the Cordray Drugstore. Plenty of food options and close to the strand and our favorite Stewart beach! It’s roughly a 25 minute walk to the seawall but there is construction and not super walkable roads so we drove instead after the first time walking. We enjoyed staying at this property and would recommend it for families.

The place was great had everything you would have at your own home. It’s was excellent, my kids enjoyed it and didn’t want to leave. It would be a place to rent again!!

Beautiful home!

We loved our stay here. It's not very close to the beach which was disappointing, and there were roaches during our stay. (only 2) The showers were phenomenal except they seemed to have a hard time draining water. The pictures led us to believe that the backyard would be fenced off and we would have more privacy. That was not the case and security was a constant concern while we there. About an hour before check out, a white van was parked in front of the property that made us feel really uncomfortable. Overall, it was a nice place, but a little too pricy for what is offered.

This was awesome! Tiffany was so helpful and sweet! The power went out and she constantly checked on us! I love the Galveston area and I hope to book with her again!

This is the cutest house. Whoever decorated it did an amazing job. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable. The showers are great. We were very pleased.

Miss Kay’s is a great cottage that has been newly renovated! The decor is fabulous and it has all the amenities you could ask for and more! Miss Kay’s is just a short drive to most all attractions in Galveston. The cottage has a great backyard big enough to play games, enjoy grilling out, or just enjoy a nice glass of wine on the deck. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are nice with walk in showers! The kitchen is well stocked with most everything you could think of needing. The coffee bar was great as well as the snacks that were provided. Tiffany was a great host and made some great restaurant recommendations for us, several of which we enjoyed during our stay! We have stayed at several VRBO places in Galveston and this one is a gem! We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Galveston!

This is such a cute little house. Perfect for our family of 4. The house is clean and nicely updated. It’s very well stocked with items you may need during your stay. Plenty of toiletries and paper goods in the kitchen. Plenty of dishes and pots/pans. They even leave foil and ziplock bags for you. They have lots of nice board games and outdoor games too. The beds are comfy. The a/c has trouble keeping up with the heat but there are fans all over the house that take care of that well. I really appreciated that bc I’m hot natured and always have fans going at home. It was a comfortable stay. The host, Tiffany, was kind and available via messaging. We didn’t need anything during the stay. No issues. We will likely stay here again!

Our family of six adults visited Galveston for the Fourth of July long weekend. My husband and myself, our two adult children and their significant others. The house was great! Beautifully remodeled and all new everything. We were very comfortable there and the house is well stocked. Lots of games for everyone to play. The backyard is great as well, multiple seating areas, a nice grill, and great evening lighting ambiance. The neighbors were nice and there was NO problem with barking dogs as another reviewer had stated. Parking can be tight as the street was crowded while we were there. My husband has a large truck and it easily fit in the dedicated driveway. The other car had to be parked across the street near the cemetery sometimes. We were there during a holiday weekend and everything was busy and crowded, not just this street. The area looks to be up and coming with remodeling going on in the community. We felt very safe. The central air works well but can take some time to cool the house down during the day in this terrible heat we are having. That’s really expected in the humid south. The ceiling fans help tremendously though. Kitchen is nicely stocked, and they provide some spices, ziploc baggies, Saran Wrap, dish soap, sponge, paper towels and napkins. The coffee station is a nice touch. The bathrooms are so nice (master bath is large and spacious) and they provide TP and travel size soaps and hair care. The washer and dryer were brand new and so very appreciated with having towels and wet suits that needed washing. The house is away from the beach but was within 10 mins from everything we wanted to do, the beach, the strand, schlitterbahn, moody gardens, etc. I would definitely stay here again and couldn’t stop saying what a cute place this is! Stop looking and just book it.

This was our families first trip to Galveston and first Vrbo home .. and it did not disappoint! Tiffany reached out prior to our trip a few times to provide property info, to help with ideas, and to welcome us to our trip countdown. I am a person that is prepared, but I had too much because this property had everything down to beach towels and games. My friends warned we would still need stuff, but we needed very little aside from our groceries. The home was beautiful, the yard was perfect to hang with the family. I was so glad we chose this property, I would stay again in a heart beat.. and by the way, daiquiri shop 1 block away. A very short drive or nice bike ride to the beach. Walmart around the corner.. golf cart rentals nearby. A+++❤

Awesome house to rent for our weekend beach trip. Property owner Tiffany was so nice when we never received our access code. She answered me within seconds of messaging her & got the info over to us right away. The house was clean & had everything and more that we needed for our stay. Would definitely rent again whenever in the area. Highly recommend.
