This is a wonderful property for a large group! Great location on Marco and plenty of dishes and kitchen items , towels , bikes and space. Everyone got in the pool and there were plenty of pool toys and beach toys for the grand kids. We loved it!

Our stay was great

This is a beautiful house with an excellent layout to accommodate all kinds of groups. We were 6 adults and 6 kids, ages (almost) 2 to 11. Plenty of space for everyone, and plenty of bathrooms. The living spaces were also well-designed, with 2 indoor dining areas, 3 sitting areas, multiple TV's and a great kitchen. But the best thing was the thoughtfulness of the owner. There was a charging station WITH CABLES! Bicycles for our use, lots of pool toys, plenty of towels, extra sheets, pillows and blankets, an insane number of dishes, cups and cutlery, including beautiful, lightweight, kid-friendly plastic dishes. Every kitchen appliance you could want. A stocked cabinet with spices, K-cups, sugar and other sweeteners. The owner is extremely responsive to any question or request. We couldn't have asked for more.

Location was great and the layout of the house

Villa San Marino was the perfect home for our extended family vacation, 13 in total (6 adults and 7 kids ages 6-17)). The home is very spacious, we had plenty of beds and space for everyone to spread out throughout the week. The most utilized feature was definitely the lovely heated pool and lanai area, everyone loved being able sit outside but not miss any of the big games. The location is very convenient, a quick drive to the beach or grocery store. The garage is well stocked with beach chairs, a wagon, etc. We would definitely recommend this property and stay again.

This house was great for our group of 5 couples who are lifelong friends. The kitchen is very well stocked with all you need and the sitting, dining, and outdoor areas were comfortable and spacious. The owner is extremely responsive and helpful. The location is convenient and the yard is lushly landscaped. The pool was very comfortably warm even in February. Highly recommend.

Our experience at Villa San Marino was excellent. The property was just as described in the listing. The amenities provided were also great, including a Bose Bluetooth speaker and a fire feature. We spent most of the time in the outdoor / pool area, with plenty of pool toys, floats, etc. The owner was very helpful all week, promptly answering our questions. We will definitely consider a future visit back to Villa San Marino.

The house was perfect for a large group. It’s very spacious and has many different seating areas and bedrooms. You never have to feel on top of one another. They thought of everything in the kitchen and even had bikes! We really enjoyed it.

Villa San Marino was the perfect home for our getaway with friends. The home was clean and had a great layout that provided plenty of space. The outdoor lanai was great, with a nice pool, plenty of lounging, seating and outdoor table options, and a grill. The kitchen was stocked with all of the items needed to cook meals and plenty of dishes/silverware. The owner was great too! They checked-in with us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and even provided recommendations for things to do/see in the area. We had a great vacation!
