Welcome to our dream house centrally located in Salt Lake City Utah. Minutes away from downtown Salt Lake, Sugarhouse Park, Westminster College, and The University of Utah. Just a short drive to Utah's most popular ski resorts. No parties, events, or social gatherings allowed. Property has fiber and off street parking as well as a smart lock so guests can check themselves in/out. House is equipped with a doorbell and backyard camera for security purposes.

This house was perfect for our ski trip to Salt Lake. The sauna, hot tub and fire it were the perfect things to come back to after long days on the slopes. Everything was comfortable and was a very welcoming environment in safe neighborhood. Its spacious layout of the bedrooms, modern amenities, and convenient location to downtown made for an enjoyable stay. The owner was also very responsive and accommodating, contributing to an overall great stay. Would definitely return.

This house is great for a multi family vacation. We loved the back yard and hot tub and the fun games down stairs. The check in was easy and communication was great. The house was fully stocked with a nice welcome basket. It’s a great location with everything close by. We did have to wash the master sheets when we arrived and found a couple dirty towels that had been folded up for us to use. I’m not sure what that was all about since the rest of the house was very clean. We would stay here again.

This was the perfect house for our family trip. The home was clean and beautiful. My whole family was very happy and we will definitely stay there again if we have another trip to Salt Lake City.

We had a great visit in SLC at this property. Great location, perfect accommodations. Loved the backyard - hot tub, grill, outdoor seating. So much fun! Lovely, quiet neighborhood.

Stayed with 3 of my co-workers. Backyard is amazing. Hot Tub, Sauna, Fire Pit, and Grill all worked great. We had a blast and the host was very nice.

Awesome property including a beautiful backyard for spending time and admiring the views. Communication was simple, getting into the house was easy, and was close enough to any of the restaurants / areas to enjoy dinner or drinks. Thanks!

The house is in a quiet neighborhood centrally located with quick freeway access. The rooms are spacious, with excellent closet space. The backyard amenities provided a great place to unwind after a long day. The charm of the home outweighs the creaking old bones. We loved our stay and would book it again.

The property is beautiful and clean. They have cable and I was able to watch the sport channels. It was easy to book as well. You cannot got wrong if you choose this property.

Words cannot express how amazing this home was. My now husband and I stayed here for our stay, while in Utah getting married at the Salt Flats! Everything about the house was awesome, it was clean, comfy, a great location, relaxing, and much more! The hosts were awesome… great communication, quick responses, etc. We love how just about any restaurant or place we wanted to visit was within a 15 minute drive. Whether you want to head downtown or to other surrounding communities, it was an easy drive! Any time we find ourselves back in Utah, we would absolutely stay here again!

This great 1920’s home has been renovated well to accommodate our party of 7 that has three teens and four adults. There was enough space for them to have their own room and not be on top of the adults. The location was in the center of everything we needed to do, so it was super easy to get around and stay relaxed. The backyard amenities were enjoyable (we used the hot tub and grill). The property was spotless and had all the necessities. The owners really went out of the way to ensure a comfortable stay and even dropped off a cake to help celebrate my graduation (why we were in town). Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Overall, great experience and house. The house was very clean, well kept, with lots of nice amenities. House was about 30mins from the major ski resorts which allowed us to ski everyday and not have to pay the crazy mountain resort prices. Would definitely look at staying again.
