Clean, open floor plan with updated remodeling. Nice bathrooms and bedrooms. Plenty of parking, but it’s right off the Hwy. once inside the house, you don’t hear the traffic and can enjoy the river sounds from the back door. Cute place and pleasant stay.

We stayed here with our family and friends for two nights and had a great time. The house is very clean and right on the Rogue River with a nice deck overlooking, which makes for nice views. The 5 freeway is across the River but we didn’t find the noise disruptive. The kitchen was well stocked and the downstairs layout is nice and open. We came during a heat wave and the AC doesn’t work well upstairs, but there are good fans in the bedrooms. Overall a very pleasant stay.

We booked this property because of the location...on the river and close to the Zip, Dip and Sip site! The temperature outside was in the triple digits and it remained very comfortable inside! This property was everything we wanted and more!!! It was PERFECT!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!! The house has a wonderful layout for a large family or sharing with friends. We met up with family for a weekend of fun and used the house as our gathering hub. Everything was perfect. The owners have added many sweet personal touches that made the stay that much more enjoyable. We had many memories made during our mini-vacation and the home was a huge addition to our wonderful weekend.

Sara and David have done a marvelous job of updating this home as a vacation property. The centerpiece is the gourmet kitchen. It is huge, with a central island, a bar, and more cupboards than one could possibly use. The appliances are all top notch, and they have thought of everything a vacationer could desire. The home has four bedrooms, so lots of room for everyone. As shown, it is right on the river, and a 3 minute drive to town. Everything was immaculately clean. The only downside that I did not seen mentioned anywhere else is the outdoor noise. The I-5 is right across the river, and the property is on old highway 99. The latter quiets down in the evening; unfortunately, the freeway never does. This does not detract from the enjoyment of the indoor areas. Nevertheless, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would return another time.

You can see the rogue river bridge from the property. Listed as gold hill but it’s more rogue river which was great for me because I grew up in wimer. Beautiful house great location especially if you want to float the river. 5 starts

Great location and very enjoyable stay. Only negative things to say are listed under own property and it's more of a town home, the shower head is at about 5'8" so for a 6' man a bit uncomfortable. Small complaints that don't take much away from how amazing this place is.

This property is perched above the scenic Rogue River with a comfortable deck and lovely kitchen. Our group of 6 adults enjoyed a 3 night stay and hosted dinners with local family members, the kitchen is large and comfortable for a group with nice appliances and cookware. Bedrooms are well appointed and cozy. The house is walking or biking distance to Rogue River and our young adults enjoyed the bikes in the garage for a spin around town. The house was clean with thoughtful touches (Febreze in the bathrooms, a set of blankets by the fireplace for use on the deck or for curling up to watch a movie). We loved morning coffee on the deck and saw a pair of juvenile osprey swooping along the river. It’s a calm, comfortable place to stay and we will be back!!
