About this house rental
Sit on the wrap around deck, you can view the gulf, lagoon, or bay bridge. Walk over to the lagoon across the street, cruise into town for ice cream on the bicycles, or just relax on the deck and enjoy the breeze. Then take the 5 minute walk to the gulf to swim, surf, or just work on your tan. Master suite has a queen bed with en suite. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed . #3 has a bunk set and a single twin. (washer & dryer in bedroom #3). Total beds sleeps 7. All bed linens are provided. Also provided are towels, beach towels & beach chairs...starter soap, shampoo, and conditioner, rolls of toilet paper and paper towels. Fully equipped kitchen. outside gas grill. Internet / wifi, dvd player, board games, puzzles, and a library. Kayaks, bicycles, life jackets & misc beach gear provided. We offer off season monthly rates..

We really enjoyed out stay! The house was very clean with all the household items you might need. The kayaks were a great little bonus that we really enjoyed. We will definitely rent again.

Beautiful home and location. Very clean. Very nice home owner, and a nice quiet neighborhood. Short 5 minute walk to the beautiful ocean behind the house. Will very much be back to the Island and hopefully this home.

The stay was great, the house was clean and well-stocked. You can tell the house is dated and is mostly a vacation home but i don't even consider that a flaw just more of a fact. Check-in was easy. The walk to the beach was quick and fairly easy. My 2-year-old was able to manage the walk on her own. We would defineitily stay here again if we came back

A nice comfortable stay. We were so content that we didn't even turn on the TV for the 4 days that we were there. The dining room table accommodated a jigsaw puzzle nicely. The private neighborhood beach out the front door was a perfect little break to sit and enjoy. The gulf beach was totally worth the trek if you leave the wagon behind.

The Tiki Hut was fantastic! It was in an excellent location and allowed great access to all the wonderful things about Dauphin Island. You can see the ocean and the bay from the living room! Neighbors were quiet except for the bird nesting grounds at sunrise (which was wonderful actually.) The kayaks were nice and easy to launch at an access across the street. Lots of beach supplies were functional. Outdoor shower and hose were great for rinsing. Easy access to the beach too. Our only issue was having to wipe out the oven from the cleaning but that was an honest mistake. Some of the appliances are a little worn out but that really wasn't a big deal for us. Our teenage boys enjoyed the house and there was plenty of room for a family of 4 for a week!

Great location and owner! Easy walk to the beach and an even easier walk to the bay. Lots of extras like kayaks and bikes. Only negative were the dirty air filters that needed to be changed, other than that the Tiki Hut was a great place to stay. I would definitely recommend this owner and property to anyone looking for a place to stay in Dauphin Island. Would stay here again!

This property was very clean. The area was very quiet and peaceful and close to the bay area and beach area. There were locally owned restaurants nearby. It was a very nice getaway.

We enjoyed our trip at this house so much fun and everything was very handy.. it was enjoyable for the beach and bay side.. our families favorite part was riding the bikes around..

What an amazing place! Super clean and decor is so welcoming. We felt at home right away. You have your choice of views from the deck of the lagoon, bay, or the gulf! All beautiful! The island itself is really great. We went to fort Gaines, the bird sanctuary, took the ferry to fort Morgan than drove to gulf shores and orange beach! The host is extremely nice and accommodating. You have kayaks, bikes, beach stuff to use! House has everything you need. Can’t say enough positive about the tiki hut and dauphin island. Thanks for giving us such a great and memorable vacation!!

Everything was amazing enough cooking equipment bikes for kids, kayaks were great. Even the view was nice! Everything but the beds were extremely hard to sleep in, felt like we sank in middle. Did not sleep break on my vacation. If beds were better I would go back!

This rental worked perfectly for our family. I booked it due to all the amenities listed such as kayaks as well as the proximity to the beach. We were so happy that it all was as described. We loved getting to kayak especially. Our only disappointment was that we didn’t book a longer stay!

This moms heart is so full and happy! This was the best weekend having all my adult kids under one roof and celebrating the youngest engagement. It was perfect and had everything we needed. The owners were absolutely awesome and very responsive and so easy to work with. We will definitely rent the Tiki Hut again! ☀️🏝🌊

We love the tiki hut rental. It has everything you need and more: kayaks, bicycles at least 7, beach toys, helmets, life jackets, some beach towels even sunscreen lotion, we didn’t use anything bc the weather was not the best but it is nice to know that they have all of that. Inside the house they have everything you need including plenty of towels, the house is very cozy and nicely decorated, clean and make you feel like your own beach house. We definitely come back!

The house was exactly as described! Everything was pretty great so it made for a very relaxing stay. My daughter loved being able to ride one of the bikes any time she wanted up and down the dead end street across the street. My son loved all the games in the game cabinet. We will definitely be back! The location is perfect on the island as well! I also highly recommend renting a pontoon boat, and taking it to the very western end of the island for a secluded beach experience with lots of big shells!

We had a fun time! The bedrooms are small but who spends a lot of time in there anyway! It's about 1/4 mile walk to the beach but worth it! Sunrise from the front deck was gorgeous! Bikes provided were a big hit! Great place to ride!
