About this house rental
If you are looking for a quiet, private place for a getaway (home away from home) approximately 5 minutes from Boerne, 6 minutes from Tapatio Springs Resort we would love to have you. Upon arrival you will enter a private gate that leads to a two-story home with a covered patio and beautiful views. The guest home and owners retreat are both nestled on almost 5 acres. Master suite is located downstairs and the other two bedrooms are all upstairs along with the bonus room/living room. ****Rules will be enforced**** You will be asked to leave if any home rules are broken…Rules: No loud music, smoking, firearms, drugs, pets on premises will result in a $500 pet deep cleaning fee, fireworks, late check-out will result in a $100 fee, no events.

Although we were not in the home for much of our stay, we did enjoy the wonderful covered front patio area. Thought cleaning fee was a bit high for the amount of "cleaning" we were required to do before leaving (gathering all trash and taking it out, stripping all beds). Internet instructions on the info. sheet was incorrect, so it required some communication with property manager to sort it out.

We spent a glorious week in this house with 5 acres and deer appearing out of our windows. It was clean and comfortable and the owners were kind and very helpful. They even gave us help with explaining for our book how our cowboy characters from TX would be acting.

Our stay far exceeded our expectations on our trip to TX for our son’s engagement at Tapatio! The home is on the property with the owner but completely separate! There is a lot of space both inside and out! The pictures don’t do the home justice - it is lovely and the MOST COMFORTABLE BEDS of any of the VRBOs we have ever stayed! Very close to Boerne and Tapatio. 35 minutes to San Antonio airport. We will be back!

This is a nice and clean place that seems to be a guest house. The exterior is like a shed but the interior is efficient and it has all the amenities. The master suite is spacious and beautiful and the upstairs packs a lot of sleeping into just a few rooms. We had kids with us and they loved it. Hot tub was a great feature and was clean. The views were definitely amazing. It's pretty close to town by car but nothing is walkable. I originally thought this was a gated community but it's a gate for just two houses. Great host with good communication!

Wonderful home. Beyond anywhere I’ve ever stayed. I sincerely hesitate to write this as I plan to stay there again soon and don’t want it to be over booked. But this is a fantastic home with above and beyond communication with the owners.

We stayed at this house for March spring break with 3 adults and 3 high school kids, house was just as listed and very nice furnishings with great beds and all the amenities needed, including hot tub, views of Boerne are very nice and location is perfect for visiting San Antonio area, Fredericksburg area, and a short 30 minute drive to airport. Would definitely stay here again if visiting area.

This was our annual girls trip and we couldn’t be happier with the property and the owners! Lori is so sweet and easy to communicate with.
The house is lovely, super clean, comfortable and conveniently located to town! The furnishings are so cute as well!! The hot tub was a nice bonus and perfect after a long day of shopping! :)
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to the next one!

Wonderful place to stay while you explore Boerne
This is a cute play to stay to explore the town of Boerne. The host was very accommodating and it is close enough to town while you still get some pretty hill views.

Such a relaxing place!
This was probably THE cleanest place we have ever stayed! Lori does a fantastic job of making you feel welcome. The house feels very spacious, with windows that face the gorgeous sunrises as well as plenty of places outside to sit and linger. The hot tub was a definite plus. The only thing to be sure you realize is that only the master bedroom is on the main floor...all other beds are upstairs. Lori made sure we saw that before we booked. It wasn't an issue for us, but good to know. We would definitely stay here again if our dates aligned. It is a really wonderful place!

Country Living Close to Town
This listing feels somewhat remote (even though there are close, quiet neighbors) but also only a quick trip to town. The floorplan works well for one family or multiple families with the main bedroom downstairs on one side of the house and the other two upstairs on the other side of the house. Multiple large TVs, a small but well-appointed kitchen, nice outdoor space including the hot tub with a view. The host was super responsive and also checked in to make sure everything was ok with our stay. Check-in and out was easy, and the location was easy to find. Would stay again!

Great views and lovely accomodation
This place is amazing - absolutely what I expected based on the photos. If you are considering this spot- book it. The property is about 2 miles from Main street in Boerne where all the shopping and restaurants are which makes it convenient.
Lori was a highly responsive hostsnd available to answer questions. The house is located in a private location with an amazing view. The beds were very comfortable, clean and the house is well maintained.Our family of 8 celebrated Thanksgiving holiday and we all had a great time!

Lovely house with gorgeous views and privacy
Quiet property in a guest house on the gated property of the owner's house - so very private and safe. Very comfortable and perfect for a small family gathering. Lovely covered porch with charcoal grill, hot tub, and swing - with spectacular views and visits from local deer. If stairs are an issue, maybe rethink this one. Otherwise, it's perfect! Owner could not have been more accommodating and kind to us. Can't wait to visit again!
