Loved this house. We planned a little weekend getaway with some friends to celebrate our 40th. There was plenty of room for 7 couples. We all had king or queen beds and more than enough room to spread out when we wanted. The large open kitchen was well equipped so we could all be together for meals. The sauna was amazing. The house was clean and the manager was easy to get in touch with for any questions we had durning our stay.

I was here with 16 of my friends and it was more a reunion and birthday party. The house was very clean and spacious. There are enough bedrooms and bathrooms so everyone can have their own space. And the basement/movie theater/hot tub were great places to hang out and have a great time with friends. I would definitely like to come back again in the Summer when the pool is open! Highly recommend!

When we arrived to our rental unit the cleaning lady was not fully finished cleaning the home, despite the fact that the owner approved our early check-in. Cleaning supplies were left out, bathrooms were not fully cleaned and the laundry was pouring out of the machines upstairs. The house itself is gorgeous — the pool is incredible, the game room and theater rooms are amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked and the hot tub and sauna were amazing. It would have been the perfect moms getaway weekend if not for the supposed “noise complaints.” We heard from the home owner on 2 separate occasions that the neighbors were complaining about noise levels — once at 8:30 pm on the first night and again at 2 pm the next day. With a rental unit that claims it can host up to 32 people on one property with an outdoor swimming pool, it’s only natural that noise will be generated. We laughed and we enjoyed ourselves, outside during reasonable hours. All in all the home itself was beautiful.

We had a friends reunion at this property. Five families gathered to spend Memorial Day weekend together, with children ranging from 1 year old to 15. The property is spacious with enough accomodations to sleep us comfortably. The location is close to many hiking trails and parks. The pool and outdoor area is beautiful. We were there in May just as the pool had been opened so the pool was still cold (70 degrees) but that is to be expected. Property manager very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms with individually controlled temperature and en suites for nearly all of them! The pool, sun deck, hot tub, sauna, pool table, ping pong table, football, theater, Pac-Man, fire pit … it goes on and on! 2 refrigerators and a huge chest freezer - so close to all the hickory run trails, Jim Thorpe, whitewater rafting, regional airport… our family of 24 adults loved the week we spent here! You will not be disappointed. As with all properties that are heavily used, we had a few glitches - management responded immediately!
