About this cottage rental
Welcome to our cozy cottage, canal property. Gorgeous marsh view from the front porch. Fenced in yard for the pups. Dock your boat outback and be just three minutes from the intercoastal waterway and 10 minutes to the inlet to the ocean. Two Kayaks at the house for your enjoyment. Beach lovers we are the ninth house down the block from the beach access so just a short walk. Swordfish Drive also takes a turn and parallels to the ICW. A great place to walk the puppies. Just beautiful at night. (pet fee required) We have added an OUTDOOR SHOWER for the new season! Upstairs living area with 55 inch smart HD TV. Downstairs living area has sitting room, (no steps to enter the ground level) table and chairs for cards, games, puzzles etc. 50" TV, DVR, VCR and t DVDs available. Free high speed internet. An upgraded two zone central heating and air system with dehumidifier. Both master bedrooms have new king-size mattresses. Third bedroom is equipped with queen size bed. Downstairs family room has a full size convertible couch. Also a chair that converts into a twin size bed. Kitchen is fully equipped with a stainless refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher and stocked with dishes, pots pans, stockpot, gadgets and bakeware. Lots of small appliances like toaster, blender, coffee maker, Keurig, microwave, crockpot etc. With just a short walk to the beach and the canal out back, the fun and activities are endless. Enjoy boating, swimming, kayaking, fishing, rafting and crabbing right out your back door. The yard is fenced in with his own shade tree and deck over hanging the water. Plenty of outdoor furniture and a gas grill in the backyard. There’s also room to dock your boat. Off street parking for 6 vehicles plus trailer in the front. This property is available year round. House was very clean. My two beagles enjoyed the fenced in yard. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. It worked well for me, my son and his girlfriend and two dogs. I was kind of glad that my parents and grandfather couldn’t make it to this one. The only inside stairs are a very tight spiral staircase and the outside stairs would have been too much for them as well. I’d stay here again but would not recommend for the elderly.

This house had everything you could need. House was ready when promised and clean. Probably the most well-appointed kitchen of any house we have ever rented. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys if you forget your own. The beach is a quick walk up the street. The boat dock was great for launching kayaks and fishing. Plenty of parking. Communication with Linda the house manager was timely and informative. Great vacation for our family.

Our families had three houses in Holden Beach to celebrate a 50th Wedding Anniversary. Everyone was nearby and we all enjoyed our time together. Seas & Ease was well equipped and very comfortable.

The listing on this house doesn't adequately describe how wonderful it is. It's got everything you could need for a vacation, it's so clean and IS pet friendly. Just a short walk to the beach. Linda was great to work with and answered all my questions. We had such a good time! We will be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Holden over Thanksgiving! Our boys brought their jon boat and enjoyed coming back and forth fishing all day.
The house is stocked with all you need and more that you forgot you needed!

House had front porch for watching the marsh and having morning coffee. Lovely view of the canal from rear porch. Great fenced in yard for our dogs. Kitchen well equipped and the bed was the most comfortable I have ever had in a rental property, also better than bed at home. Great spot highly recommend.

I've rented a lot of houses and this one was by far the cleanest. The kitchen is well-equipped, and easy to maneuver. It's a great house for two couples since each can have their own private space. The fenced yard is large and great for dogs.

The property was as described in the listing. Cleanliness of rentals is important to us, and this property was clean when we arrived. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed use of the dock. Definitely appreciated that the house was dog-friendly!

This home is a great value. It is clean and located in a great setting. The kitchen is nicely outfitted. Great rental for a family. Pet friendly with fenced yard. The inside stairway is a narrow circular set of stairs and would not be appropriate for use by elderly or small children. The stairs are gated.

The property was very clean and well stocked everything you would need to cook every day meals. The gas grill was in poor condition only used it once.

Great stay with our small family and one other couple, along with our 2 doodles. The fenced in yard was great for the dogs. Kitchen was great and fully stocked with equipment needs. Hot water, cold AC. We all had a great time!!
