Close to grocery stores, shopping, and nightlife. Ash Creek Estates is a safe, family and pet-oriented community, surrounded by beautiful mature trees. Our house is your home away from home, all-inclusive of everything that you need. Enjoy the fully furnished deck and grill, then head inside for a game of pool while enjoying the 5.1 surround sound. This eclectically decorated home includes all the amenities you would find in your home such as modern kitchen appliances and gadgets, high-speed WiFi, 75in Smart TV, washer/dryer, and nest thermostat. The living room has a massive modular couch that can be transformed into any set up you prefer. Both bedrooms are furnished with ultimate comfort in mind. Blackout curtains/window coverings, plush hybrid mattresses, plush comforters, and spacious closets. Enjoy all of the natural light that comes in from our large windows and skylights throughout the house.

Very nice house. Everything is updated and exactly as described. Short drive to a lot of businesses and freeways. Quiet safe neighborhood, very walkable. We would stay again.

We stayed here about two and a half weeks while visiting family who live nearby. The house was very clean and comfortable and well equipped (hard to go wrong with a great pool table and tv). For us the location in the East Dallas/ Casa Linda was perfect and the neighborhood very quiet.
Mitch was excellent to work with. We would definitely recommend this house. If we are in Dallas for an extended stay again, we hope the property will be available

We stayed a month and absolutely loved it! Mitch and Brittany were there if we needed anything but the house came equipped with everything we needed. Super clean, loved everything about it and especially the eclectic vibe. The neighborhood is very charming and safe, all the neighbors we met were very friendly.
Ample parking and an outside deck to sit around and enjoy cocktails after work.
I highly recommend this gem!!

The owner is very responsive and helpful. Home is in a lovely neighborhood. Older 2 bedroom home that has been nicely remodeled and updated, it’s well appointed and comfortable. Would stay here again.

This house is so much better than any other house I have rented. And I’ve rented a few over the years. The kitchen is so well-appointed, the beds are so comfortable, the floors and the furniture are actual wood. The decor is delightful. Bathrooms include things you may have forgotten to bring from home. And it has a full length mirror. Rent houses rarely have that. Owners are wonderful and full of hospitality. Best VRBO experience ever.

This was a great property. Having the pool table was amazing, the record player and sounds system were a wonderful addition, and the size of the TV's is larger than it appears in the picture. The appliances were all amazing, even a stand alone ice maker. It had all the kitchen and bathroom supplies you need when traveling. One opportunity was it needed more outlets in the bedroom and living room areas. Charging was tough.

Good times in the Big D
My friends and I decided to book this place because of all of the entertaining space and amenities. And It didn't disappoint! We were in Deep Ellum and it was only a 15 minute drive. Great location, clean, loaded with everything you need. Will Definitely stay here again when we are back in Dallas! 10/10

Excellent+ spot with great amenities, nestled in a beauty East Dallas neighborhood - close to some great dining spots and the gorgeous Arboretum. Enjoyed the superb billiards table, some board game time and lunch in the kitchen area, and - perhaps the highlight - was morning java on the back porch patio. The local coffee provided by the owner was a really nice touch - and appreciated. And the mattress in the bedroom was A+++. Highly recommend this spot if you need a weekend getaway in Pegasus City and want to have a neighborhood feel.

We had a wonderful stay. Wife was very impressed! The house is updated and loaded with amenities. We really enjoyed the deck in the back and even used the Traeger to smoke some wings! Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable and the shower in the master bath was like being at a spa. We arranged the modular couch so we could lay out on it and watch Netflix on the awesome huge TV. Pool table was a nice touch. The owner was very friendly and responsive. Location was perfect for us. Close to the lake and 15 min Uber to downtown. Highly recommend!
