About this condo rental
Located in Galveston Island, this charming condo for $335 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Why cross the street to get to the beach, when you can stay at “What a View” and be steps from your own private beach! Washer/Dryer added to the unit beginning February 1, 2022 Seascape is located just west of Seawall and sits directly on the beach, so there is no need to walk across the street. Located on the first floor with elevator access, this newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo will accommodate up to 8 guests. Relax with a cup of coffee on a lazy vacation morning on a large tiled balcony while taking in the amazing gulf view. The kitchen has recently been updated and is well equipped with beautiful granite countertops and plenty of space. The kitchen has an island with seating for three, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, a Keurig & a regular coffee pot, waffle maker and griddle, along with all the utensils, flatware, glasses, pans, etc. You will also find a frozen drink/margarita machine. Everything that you would need for those days you just want to sit back and relax. The master bedroom is tastefully decorated and has a king-size bed for your comfort with a new wall mounted 42” Smart TV. Two bunk beds in the hall, and a double size sleeper sofa in the living room. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with a new 55” Smart TV. There is a full size washer and dryer located in the closet for your convenience. Linens and towels will also be provided. Both bathrooms offer an oversized walk-in shower, large one sink vanity and wall mounted blow dryers. Deck box is filled with beach, pool and some fishing supplies. There is a fold up wagon designed for the beach to help lighten the load. Seascape amenities include direct beach access, elevators, 2 heated pools (one is a kids pool), 2 hot tubs, and BBQ pits. Seascape Resort is a gated community with a security guard and covered parking.

My family stayed at this condo during my daughter’s cheer competition. The condo was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked and there were a ton of games available for the kids. I would stay here again.

We had a great time with our young kids here! The location is perfect for the fun seasonal attractions, restaurants, and of course, the beach! The property was just the right size for our family of five. Aside from a minor mishap with the key code, the property manager very promptly returned our call to reset the passcode so we could enter the condo. It has everything you need to enjoy a little rest and relaxation on island time!

Everything about the condo was very nice. Super clean, nicely decorated, the view was great as was the large balcony. Fully stocked with everything you could think of and more. Right on the beach and could fully see the ocean and pool as well. Restaurants and stores were very close, the furthest being around 15 minutes away.

The location, grounds, parking and especially the What A View Condo were all fantastic. Our family had a wonderful time and felt right at home! You couldn’t ask for anything more, as the condo was clean, decorated nicely, comfortable, and stocked with everything you need. Owner was a joy to work with!

The condo was very nicely decorated, comfortable, and had everything that we could possibly need for our stay. The condo, along with the pool and beach areas were all clean and well maintained. The location is perfect with quick access to Schlitterbahn, Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, and multiple restaurants and grocery stores.
The pool area is very nice, however, the "pool police" (as referred to by many) was overbearing with enforcing the rules to her discretion and harassed every family and couple at the pool while we were there. One of the rules posted is "no profanities" but this obviously didn't apply to her.
I should also mention that the elevator was broken for our entire stay. The condo is located on the first floor (above parking), so while only being a slight inconvenience for us, it could pose a problem for handicap or elderly visitors.
Stacy was easy to get in touch with and was always quick and pleasant when responding to my questions. It's apparent that she's put a lot of thought and love into her condo. Overall my kids and I really enjoyed our stay over Labor Day weekend and would love to stay here again in the future.

It was such a beautiful and cozy place to stay. We had a small incident with the fire alarm in the early morning, however they were amazing about getting it fixed in a timely manner and made accommodations to our bill. Loved it would refer friends and family anytime.

Property was very clean and well kept. Perfect location for daily beach visits! Just a short drive to the Pleasure Pier and downtown Galveston there was more than enough to explore!! The kids loved nighttime swimming and the adults enjoyed relaxing on the swings. Will definitely be a place we come back to!

This was the first time in Unit # 1113 and 32 years staying at Seascape. The unit was clean and well furnished, will definitely try to reserve unit for next stay. Seascape is always neat and well cared for but the building themselves are older. The only valid complaint I could have are the elevators are not reliable. Every year they seem to have issues and we have elderly in our group so it is an issue that I wish they could solve.

We stayed at this lovely little condo after a 5 day cruise. It was very nice and quiet. Clean and had everything we needed. The swimming pools were nice and very close to this condo and also the beach access was very close and easy to get to. A wagon was provided which made is very easy taking out chair’s to the beach. We would definitely stay here again. The owners are very nice and quick to answer any questions.

We had a wonderful time in Galveston. The condo was absolutely wonderful! We have a family of 6, with kids ages ranging 8-14. We stayed a full week. The kids had a wonderful time at the beach and the pool. The resort has a heated pool which was nice for colder nights, the pool hours were perfect, open 9am-11pm which was convenient. There are 3 hot tubs, 2 are adult only and there is one that is attached to the pool to enjoy with kids. Security has a presence and they were very kind and helpful. Always felt safe.
The condo had everything we needed. There was shampoo, conditioner, and body wash and soap. A short drive to Walmart and Kroger for any additional needs. There were also some beach chairs, toys, and floating boards for the beach. There was also a very convenient wagon to carry everything to the beach. I believe there was a soft cooler as well however we brought our own backpack cooler and used that. There were beach towels to use. Hands down the best thing about this condo was the washer and dryer. What a life saver for a traveling family! Was able to keep the towels and clothes clean throughout our week stay. The beds were very comfortable. The kids enjoyed the bunks. It was nice to have a family of 6 each having their own place to sleep and rest. We cooked breakfast each morning and always had all the utensil we needed, bonus waffle maker in the island cabinet! If you are staying in Galveston, this is the perfect place to stay! We will be back!

This property is very well situated both in terms of being on the gulf (great balcony for watching water and pool) and being semi close to restaurants, etc., and yet not being in the middle of everything. Condo was very clean and well furnished. Stacy was always prompt with help (which we didn't need much). Great stay.

The rental property was just as expected from the description. Plenty of beach toys, comfy beds, beach towels provided. We enjoyed the sunrise with our coffee each morning and enjoyed “night swimming” each evening. Overall property was clean and well kept. We had an amazing experience staying at Seascape. The beach view from the balcony was great for morning coffee. The pool was great for our kids to play and the location was perfect. It was right on the beach and close to great restaurants and things to do. The condo had everything we could possibly need to make us feel at home. But, there was so much that made this place extra special - everything labeled, blenders, toddler plates and silverware, everything you could need for cooking, extra sunscreen, games and puzzles, and an amazing beach wagon with so many beach toys!!! This was our first vrbo rental and our first time to Galveston! We absolutely loved it. The condo had everything we could possibly need or want for me and my husband and our 3 kids. Even the morning we were rained it was amazing with the games, netflix and coloring books available in the condo. Don't hesitate to book this one!

This condo was more than we expected. It was perfect for my family of 5. The washer and dryer came was an added bonus. The pool and hot tubs were steps away from the condo door and the beach was just a couple more steps. The deck faced the gulf, BEAUTIFUL!! The condo was well organized and very clean. Beach toys and umbrella are in the deck storage, our kids loved it!! Perfect place. We loved it!!

The “ What A View” rental was everything we were looking for! We have two kids under 5, so the heated pool, shallow kiddie pool were excellent options to have to keep everyone busy. The convenience of having a walkway to the beach, and not having to cross a busy road was very nice as well. The rental came with beach toys, beach chairs, a wagon, and everything you need in a full kitchen. The facility has security, and everyone was so friendly! I would highly recommend this place for a visit to Galveston!

Our stay was during the off season, so many repairs were being completed while we were there. Noise from the construction did travel up to the unit we were staying in, but they were as considerate as possible and kept the noise to a minimum. The exterior of the condos could use a refresh, but the interior of the unit was clean. Stacey is very thoughtful in the provided essentials. We were not expecting all the soaps, dishcloths and cleaning materials. We brought our own, but it was nice to know if we get to come back in the future we don’t have to pack as much. The heated pool was very nice. The beach appeared to be recently filled, as there were machinery marks and darker/thick sand along the beach in front of the condos. Overall it was a great stay and exceeded my expectations.

The house is spacious, comfortable, and clean. Two comfy rocker recliners in the LR with a big TV with cable. Lots of seating in LR and dining area. Kitchen well furnished, easy to cook as needed. Lots of seating on deck with great view.
