About this condo rental
This suite has a private entrance from the garage. Suite is located above the garage, the main house is a one story, the private suite is upstairs by itself with no wall directly connected to the home. There is no interaction with the main house. The suite has an adjustable split Tempur-Pedic king bed that is so amazingly comfortable! The bed has white cotton sheets with laundered duvet cover. Suite also has an electric fireplace. Cozy table/desk overlooking the front garden. Perfect for dining or a workspace. Suite also has a futon for extra room and a 40" Smart TV. Please see photos and all the amenities. Why will you fall in love with this listing.... We give our guests full use of the waterfront. Home is located on the Main Channel. What does this mean? You are not in a cove, water is nice and views of the lake are amazing. Our dock sits on water that is 25+ feet deep. A perfect location to fish. We even have fishing poles available in the garage. The guest boat slip always has deep water and has an electrical outlet for charging on fishing boats. The dock is well maintained and in beautiful condition. The covered dock has comfortable wicker seating, small propane grill, mini fridge, WIFI mesh router, and a google mini that will play your favorite music. This is great to enjoy year round rain or shine. If you get up early and head to the dock the sunrise is beautiful. We have a beautiful paved road that is great for a morning or afternoon walk! Come and enjoy all the scenery! We provide two kayaks and 2 paddle boards at no charge. Unfortunately we do not allow the boat ramp at the property to be used to load and unload boats, PWCs or trailers. There are two public ramps just a few miles away. . Pinnacle Access and McCrary / Queens Landing access. You are welcome to relax in the lounge chairs on the boat ramp Just to confirm... We do have a guest limit of two people as this is for peaceful getaways, we only allow registered guests to come to the property. Due to the fact we have two Golden Retrievers we do not allow pets. We do not surcharge for anything or have any hidden fees. We also charge a very reasonable cleaning fee.

This was exactly the perfect fit for what we needed. The rental is easily accessible, filled with lots of extra little touches and Nicole is soo sweet! The bed was super comfy! The view of the lake was beautiful - we need to go back when it's a little warmer though!

Spacious room with king bed everything you need is there great view of the lake and a wonderful dock. Nicole was wonderful too talk to and beyond helpful with all of my needs. Can't wait to come back and see how everything looks in a different season.

We stopped for two nights on a cross country road trip. Even in winter we enjoyed the beautiful dock and lake views. Comfortable and welcoming. Thank you Nicole!

It could not have been better. it is "only" one room but with everything you need, and lovingly decorated. Nicole was friendly and helpful, and the dogs were great. The location is perfect. if we had stayed longer I think we would just have sat there and looked at the water all day. I cannot recommend this highly enough.

This is a perfect getaway for two! We were in the area to attend the Carolina Renaissance Festival and picked this place to stay and boy did we luck out. The room is beautiful and has a big, comfortable bed and nice amenities. The dock area is amazing for morning coffee or wine in the evening. Nicole was super friendly and very helpful with information about the local area. We will definitely be staying at this property again.

My wife and I wanted to celebrate our 10th anniversary by seeing the fall colors and to see Lake Norman. Nicole was a pleasure to meet, very friendly. The apt above the garage looked brand new, very clean with access to the boat dock right on Lake Norman, the views were terrific. Wonderful place to stay, we will go back again for sure.

Wow, such a beautiful place, not sure where to start! Nicole is super helpful and friendly, we really enjoyed meeting her and she had great recommendations for the area. Her suite is very clean, she takes extra steps to have all the amenities and then some. The view from the dock is amazing, the pics don’t do it justice. You just have to stay here to truly appreciate how lovely and perfect everything is. We will for sure return, Nicole’s place and that view of Lake Norman are simply the best.

The studio apartment was wonderful. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. Nicole supplied us with our every need. The property itself is situated on Lake Norman. We spent two evenings on the private deck with full access to a grill, refrigerator, and outdoor seating and lighting. If you are looking for a quiet and lovely place to vacation - this is it. Nicole snd Michael were the perfect hosts.

There are no words to describe how happy I was everything is spot on you will relax feel welcomed beautiful sunrise moon close to restaurants beautiful walk on a quiet road and got the best welcome from Nicole and Michael my new friends ❤️ and I can’t leave out the best part max and Murphy the dogs got lots of happiness meeting them rating should be a “10” hands down we will be back next year and probably every year thank you for letting us stay and a birthday I will never forget love Greg & Karen from New Jersey just book it you won’t be disappointed trust me ❤️

We had a wonderful stay! Next visit to Lake Norman, this will be our first choice. The place was so cute and clean. Host Mike and Nicole were wonderful. Our favorite was Max and Murphy though.

We needed a nice quiet hideaway.. someplace that was close to everything but far enough that we could just decompress... and this was it. Beautiful view, it was like a perfect hotel room but better... the bed was perfect. Shower had good pressure and did i mention this property is right on Lake Norman so you can sit on the chairs and watch the boats or sun... there is a microwave and fridge which was all that we needed. We got a chance the meet the host personally (and her handsome grandson and dogs) they were all amazing and very welcoming... we will be back

I really enjoyed my stay at this location! I came for a quick weekend trip and couldn't ask for better accommodations. The suite was very clean and equipped with everything you would ever need for your stay. Nicole was a pleasure to meet and you will fall in love with their 2 golden retrievers, if you meet them too! I highly recommend staying at this relaxing lakefront suite!

My finacè and I genuinely enjoyed our couple night stay here. The lake was so relaxing and just an amazing view to take in. We had a great time using the kayak and paddle board. The suite was very clean, quiet and comfortable. I've used Vrbo a few times now, and have to say that Nicole has been the best host by far!

I had a fabulous time! Check in was a breeze. Everything was easy due to the information provided by Nicole before I arrived. Great directions, took my bags inside the suite above the garage. I changed into my swimsuit and walked to the dock. Nicole and her dogs Max and Murphy, greeted me - she is lovely! I swam, listened to music in the dock - loved the Google mini- had a beer, and read a book. The next morning it was raining but I didn’t mind. Wonderful stay from beginning to end. She thinks of everything including a Bose system with CD’s and DVD’s of all genres. Thank you Nicole!

This location was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway. The room was very comfortable and the views from the lake were amazing. We met Nicole in passing and she was so nice and welcoming of us into their home. There are plenty of fun activities nearby. We rented a Seadoo on Saturday and called the night off with a great dinner at Toucans. We will definitely be saving this location as a favorite for future visits.

Nicole is fantastic and her lake home is awesome. The suite above the garage feels totally separate and private. it is really well-taken care of, super clean and Nicole pays attention to tiny details that make big differences. You will love the dock, neighbourhood and the property. STRONGLY recommended!!!

We stayed on our way further south. Room was perfect. Bed was comfortable and Nicole had anything you might need in the room. We spent our evening sitting out on the boat dock talking and listening to music. So relaxing. Michelle, Max and Murphy came out to say hello and make sure we had everything we needed. We also had lunch at the Blue Parrot. (One of the places Michelle suggested) Nice to sit outside along the lake and have some cocktails and food. We will definitely stay here again.

My arrival proved providential, I needed the drive as well as the peaceful welcome that was preceded with great instructions on how to enter the property without feeling intrusive. I liked most the feeling of expectation, the sweet was just that "Sweet" not a necessity was left out. The bed i must admit was where I got the most excitement, I accidentally rolled over onto the remote and it vibed and elevated at the same time while I was half woke.... not an issue just a fun experience for me..not to ve so serious.
This stay is definitely a 1 no more than 2 person event, it takes care of all of the wind down needs, I left refreshed and uplifted, thanks to the beautiful back yard, and the stroll to the dock...and the brief vist from Max and Murphy we are friends now. Go, stay, enjoy the surrounding area,that is also nice I had lunch at Boss Hog, delicious and even went to the car wash drive through that was very nice with a do it yourself vacuum, I enjoyed it. I highly recommend this Lake House retreat meeting Nicole and peering through the window watching Mr. Michael and a friend saw and cut a fallen tree added to my comfortable-ness, reminding me that life goes on. I ended my stay by getting up early to go back to the dock and watch the the sun rise as I had watched it set the evening before. I'm a simple girl, I guess you can tell, Go,stay,enjoy.

There aren’t enough words to describe the perfection of this amazing suite , the wonderful host and of course the covered dock area ! We had the most relaxing time , we highly recommend this rental for any couple looking for a little getaway! Everything you need, you will find in the room… even the fridge … inside joke. Lol!
We spent a day out exploring and the area, and local attractions, but the true highlight was the time spent down at the lake , enjoying the breathtaking views of the lake , enjoying the amazing covered dock area .. my husband loves to fish , and I like to capture all , taking lots of photos ! Perfect place for both!
Our hosts were wonderful and we truly enjoyed chatting with them , Nicole’s laugh is warm and infectious , truly makes you smile! And I cannot forget the two precious fur babies that stole my heart , they came down and spent some time with me at the docks… love Max and Murphy!!
We are already planning another getaway for fall .
