the property is in need of deep cleaning, and repairs (Kitchen Trash, bedroom doors don't close, oven handle fell off, smoke detector went off, and is expired by 13 years, main shower floods the floor, Kitchen Faucet does not retract. Did not have specified amount of Toilet Paper, forcing us to purchase more (annoying considering the amount of money I paid for rental). Check out process was very good.

Very clean home! We really enjoyed the comfortable mattresses. The home was well-stocked and very nicely decorated. The pool and backyard are very pretty! The screened-in porch was also nice. You can really tell that the owner(s) really care about this property! We will definitely be returning. Great rental experience!

Property was cute, comfortable, and clean. Location was very walkable to the beach. Pool area was small but nice (not sunny unfortunately). Loved the screen patio. My only complaint is the pots and pans need updating, most not pans were not usable.

Anna Maria Island is a beautiful place to visit along Florida’s south coast. We chose this rental because of its beach access, heated pool, number of bedrooms, and full kitchen. The lanai next to the pool was a wonderful addition for eating, and the outdoor grill made for relaxing dinner prep and time at “home” while the kids swam. The management company was communicative and provided all of the information needed.

This home was cozy and convenient, especially with having rented a golf cart. We were close enough to the restaurants and beach without being too noisy.

It was very comfortable. Perfect for 2 couples or in my case, my friend. Came there from PA to catch Pirates Spring training games. Loved the pool and sitting outside on the screened in porch. Only problem was I wished I could have stayed another week!

The house was cozy. The pool was amazing and we really enjoyed it. The beach is 2 blocks away which was nice, but you have to cross a very busy street to get there. The only complaints we had were the house smelled very old, the pool alarm was obnoxious, and the previous renters left pool rafts there which were discarded in the garbage can which was full of maggots. We only noticed them when we were throwing away our garbage. We bought rafts as well only to know the next guests will n9t be able to use them.

Angelfish
We stayed at Angelfish July2-9. it was perfect! The listing was just as described. Clean and well maintained. There is an alarm going out to the pool which eased my mind with a small one. My advice get a golf cart and park on 28th street, there is golf cart parking only there for the beach. My only complaint not even really a complain just a suggestion ( make a space for groceries) is that there was so much stuff to cook with that we had to sit all of our groceries on counter, which is the opposite of what rentals usually have. We left 2 nice floats and a fishing pole there for everyone to use after us. There were beach chairs, a cooler, grill, a wagon, other pool toys, and plenty of beach towels left by the linen service. And it had wifi which the listing didn’t mention but was a happy surprise!

This home was perfect for our week vacation. It was close to shopping, dining, and the beach. It is in the middle of the island which made an easy commute to all the beach towns. The pool was perfect after a long day on the beach. Great house!

Wrong access code was originally emailed to us but we were able to call the company in the middle of the night and they were very helpful and we were in the house within a few minutes. Kids really enjoyed the heated pool and nice backyard. There was a nice new beach cart, chairs and beach toys to take to the beach. Location was perfect, two blocks to the beach and close to lots of restaurants, bars and ice cream places. We did rent a golf cart which was nice since it is allowed on all the streets, renting bikes would be nice also as traffic can back up at times. I would recommend making dinner reservations before you arrive as places fill up early.

The gas grill was empty and the batteries of TV remotes were dead. The house was minimally supplied with toilet paper and hand soap (1 tiny bar in each bathroom). The beach chairs were rusty and dirty. Our call to AMI on Wednesday went to voicemail with no response. Call Thursday morning was returned with a person who had to refer everything to a supervisor who emailed me Thursday night at 10:30. A technician was sent Friday morning ( we were leaving Saturday morning). Basically, we got everything fixed for the next guests. I’ve stayed in many VRBO homes and this was the least hospitable. Can’t rely on AMI.

This is a terrific property. I took my grown daughters on this trip for a girls getaway. The three bedrooms with comfortable beds were just right for us. (The room at the entry has a Murphy bed which has a great mattress. By closing the barn-style sliding door it makes a suite with a private bath.)
Everything was not only clean but also beautiful and well stocked. We largely cooked meals in and found the kitchen well stocked with utinsels and cookware.
The pool was not only beautiful but also well maintained. The management was promptly responsive when we asked for the temperature to be turned up. (My daughters thought it was fine but I wanted it a couple degrees warmer.)

Front wheels barely moved in the sand and the chairs didn’t really fit in. But those are just small things. Absolutely loved having the dryer outside by the pool. We kept our towels warm while we swam. No chilly bathroom breaks for us. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was outfitted well. Anything that we needed was there.

My family and I recently stayed at Angelfish for one week. The location alone is just absolutely perfect. A 3 minute walk gets you to the beach, and a 3 minute drive gets you to the local shopping (Publix, Walgreens, tourist shops, restaurants). This home was the perfect size for 3 adults and one child. We were able to cook breakfast and dinner daily using the cookware in the kitchen. The backyard is very relaxing and quiet. We even got to enjoy fresh coconuts that had fallen from the trees! This home was perfect for us and ideally we will plan to rent this exact rental each time we visit Anna Maria Island. Thanks for making our trip so enjoyable. 5 stars!
