Don't miss out on this PERFECT two bed/two bath condo that is steps to everything in Telluride. You can't get a better location than this! Located on the picturesque Oak St., you are 1 1/2 blocks to the free gondola and Lift 8. In the summer, you are 3 blocks to the park that hosts the town's top festivals and events. Forgot your toothbrush? The grocery store is literally around the block, along with some of the best restaurants and bars. This premier location allows you to park and forget your car as you'll walk to everything in Telluride. The condo is comfortable and well appointed. Luxury amenities include new bedding, flat screen smart TV and free WiFi. The Chef's kitchen is fully stocked and has a separate dining banquette that seats 6. The bright and sunny upstairs level holds the open living space with the dining nook and kitchen with views to the mountain and the iconic view towards Bridal Veil Falls and Lift 8. There is a queen bedroom and ensuite bathroom located on the main level. The primary bedroom, ensuite bathroom and laundry are located on the lower level. Along with the queen bed, there is also a twin daybed in this spacious room. **Please note, these spaces are connected via a spiral staircase which may be difficult for children or those with mobility issues to navigate. Please take this into consideration when booking** There is a locked closet right outside the front door to safely store your gear. We kindly ask that you keep your gear in this closet and that you take your ski boots off in the tiled entry. Cats and dogs are not allowed as is smoking of any kind- inside or outside of the property. Lodger's Tax of 15.15% is to be collected and remitted on all stays. 4.15% is collected by VRBO and the additional 11% will be sent as a separate payment request after the booking, to be collected and remitted by the Owner. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dahl House. The views from the upper level are incredible, looking towards bridal veil falls. The beds were super comfy. The kitchen was well appointed with all you need to prepare all sorts of meals and such. The location is really the star of the show, a few hundred yards from the gondola and directly behind elks park and baked in telluride. For our crew who were attending the telluride bluegrass festival in town park it was the ultimate location. Margaret was always super responsive and very welcoming. I would recommend to anyone to stay at Margaret’s home. What a gem in the heart of the town of telluride. Thank you for everything, we hope to be back again soon!

The Dahl house was in a perfect location to access the gondola, shops, restaurants and friends on foot! We were a family of 4 with 2 boys (10-12) and the space was the perfect size. The house is totally renovated and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was stocked with our every need and linens and bedding were clean and high-quality. Communication with the owner was fantastic and very timely. Overall, a wonderful experience. We can’t wait to return for another trip. THANK YOU MS!

Fantastic Telluride location close to the gondola, shopping, and restaurants. Very well stocked condo with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Margaret is a great host and took care of a couple of small issues promptly. The condo is on three levels connected by a spiral staircase. It might not be appropriate if you have anyone in your group with mobility issues.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous and convenient condo. The place is well equipped and everything looks brand new. Such a pity our flights were delayed and we lost three days of our stay but hopefully we can come back and make it up as we do love Telluride and will be back to this amazing condo.

Margaret is responsive, helpful, professional and has a great property right in the heart of Telluride but perfectly located for a ski trip. My three kids & I found everything we needed. We walked to the lift, restaurants and shops in less than 5min. We cooked our own dinner a couple of nights. We slept in the comfort of the 3 beds and we enjoyed the beautiful views from the quaint balcony. Showers were great. Towels were quality. Would stay again in a minute!

I stayed at Margaret’s place for Thanksgiving with a friend and my son. The home was so comfortable, clean and fully stocked- we had no trouble making Thanksgiving dinner and enjoyed the fantastic views from the living space! Cozy bedrooms that feel very private on their own floor. But the best part was the location… steps from the gondola to mountain village for skiing (although not open when we stayed) and right off the Main Street- everything you could want to do is right out the front door.

What a wonderful stay! This condo is a real gem owned by a gracious host. Terrific location – only steps away from Telluride Main Street with restaurants and shops and the Telluride gondola which takes you to Mountain Village and several ski lifts. The condo is tastefully appointed with exceptional sleeping accommodations and awesome views. The kitchen is adjacent to the living area and well equipped with all the amenities to prepare and serve your own meals. The views of the mountain, gondola and ski trails from the kitchen are spectacular. We definitely plan to return again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit! The upstairs living space is extremely sunny and has a stunning view of Ajax from the balcony door window. Perfect location with a 5 min walk from most things you’d want to do in town. Margaret was very prompt in replying, and she even helped me extend my stay seamlessly. I would definitely stay here again.

We were two couples and used the house as home base; the location could not have been better for exploring the charming town. The house was clean, compact and the upstairs kitchen/living area was very bright. The kitchen had all the modern conveniences (although we didn’t cook at all because the town had such great restaurants) and the market and bakery were very close by. There is a narrow winding staircase between floors of the house with the master BR on the lower level (my friends used) and another bedroom on the ground floor. Thank you Margaret for answering all my questions promptly - we had a terrific time!

My family and I came and stayed for a week. We could not be happier with our experience. Margaret is great and was very helpful. The location is incredible. You can walk anywhere in town and a block from the gondola to take you in to Mountain Village. Highly reccomend!

This property was gorgeous and perfect for our stay. It is right downtown, and a beautiful view on the back patio. The owner, Margaret was extremely accommodating and always very quick to respond to any questions/concerns. She was able to send someone out to help fix an issue with an appliance right away. The Dahl house townhome was just perfect for our long weekend in Telluride. If I could give it 10 stars I would - the place is literally two blocks from EVERYTHING in town and is adorable. The set up was very thoughtful, comfortable, and easily fit five adults. Margaret was an amazing host and responded to us quickly when we had questions. I can't wait to come back in the winter months for skiing!
