We had a wonderful stay/time. The property was all decked out for Christmas. So much space for 16 of us to spread out!
We all enjoyed the hot tub. Especially the kids. We were bummed there wasnt any snow. Just the typical mushy Michigan weather. Lots of space outside also to spread out.
A few suggestions would be to clean out some cupboard space for guests to use for food/supplies. Also, organize/upgrade pots and pans. We were searching between kitchens for things to cook with. There is tons of stuff in the kitchen to use, but so much its hard to find things. Maybe pack some stuff away for now.
Also, maybe some instructions on how to use appliances/tvs. We figured out the fireplace and hot tub by fiddling with it. There is a sauna outside but we couldnt figure it out.
Theres also a fancy coffee machine in addition to the keurig and coffee pot.
Overall its a very nice place to have a family vacation. Very clean and lots of space. Its probably really great in the summer!

20+ of us from age 3 to age 60+ stayed at this property for several days and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Everything was very clean on our arrival and the kitchen, etc is well stocked. So much space..... inside and out...... Highlights included the fantastic fire pit, the pond with its fish and turtles, the deck and large yard for playing kickball, bocce, cornhole and just hanging out. The gazebo was fantastic. We went to the small, public beach at Clark Lake a couple times as well as the local playground. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and hope to return!

I get together with a bunch of high school friends every year, and this year we landed on this house (when looking for somewhere to rent). Man, was this a great house! Everything that we need/wanted. So many places to hangout, from outside to inside.
This is definitely on our list of places we will be back to FOR SURE!

Who knew such a fantastic place was located on the outskirts of Jackson, Michigan? We loved the rustic cabin atmosphere with plenty of space to spread out both indoors and out. Close proximity to Cascades, Clarklake, and The Parlour made it an awesome experience. We would visit this place again in a heartbeat.

3 families traveled to this home for a long weekend and it did not disappoint! There were so many living areas to have alone time but also all of them were large enough for us to be together for games - and there are quite a few board games already there. The ping pong table is in great shape and the air hockey and arcade provided some competitiveness. Morning walks around the property are a must! All the beds and pillows are very comfortable and the bathrooms were nicely updated as well. Even the futons downstairs are memory foam, the kids all chose to sleep in there instead of their own rooms. Not to mention this house was probably one of the best stocked rentals we have ever been in, we came prepared with extra paper products, trash bags, foil..... didn't need to though since everything was there from either the management or previous renters. Plenty of plates, cups, silverware and sharp knives. There is also an array of other kitchen gadgets - instant pot, cappuccino maker, waffle iron, electric tea kettle, Keurig and drip coffee maker.... And if you forget or run out of something there is a little corner store not even 5 minutes away with drinks, liquor, milk, ice cream - very convenient. We were very said that we had to pack up and leave, would like to come back again for another visit!

The house is amazing. All of it. The teen girls loved the separate attached apartment (and we all used the 2nd kitchen). All the other bedrooms were great. Kitchen was amazing - the adults hung out around the large island that always had plenty of food. Cooking facilities and plates, silverware, glasses and other supplies - everything was perfect. A few of us used the expresso/cappuccino maker. The other rooms were wonderful. Hot tub outside was very cool. Basement was great - with ping pong, air hockey and foosball. Futon room was great too! It was very cold outside, so only the kids ventured around the property.
We had four families - 8 adults, 7 teens and two under 12...it was a wonderful time. Four nights (kids' winter break). Everyone thought the house and amenities were incredible.
We'd rent it again in a heartbeat.

This place was great! It had everything you might need and some. Literally. Great, quiet location, with a massive backyard, a place for bonfires and grilling. Host and his staff were exceptional, very responsive and supportive. We forgot a few items in the house, but they found everything and shipped it to us. We definitely recommend this place and will be coming back.

We went with a big group and a lot of kids. The property was so spacious and so functional, that it never felt crowded. All the amenities that you can think of. Would like to visit again in summer time to enjoy the outdoor spaces more. Highly recommended.

The house was so accommodating for our big family! We never felt like we were on top of each other in any of the living spaces. The grounds were so inviting, just loved sitting outside watching the kids fishing and playing games. The house is maybe 2 minutes from the beach which was also very nice! We all really enjoyed being able to stay together under one roof!

Work Retreat and Rest
My work was holding a work retreat and this was the perfect spot. Everyone had their own space for themselves and to work together. Loved the outdoor deck and fire pit, allowed us to to have a relaxing weekend. Would 10/10 recommend!

Amazing Place
Sergii’s home far exceeded our expectations. We rented the home for a family gathering including children of varying ages. We had an infant with us and the home had a crib, high chair, babygate and a wing of the home that was so quiet! It was such a blessing. The home is equip with everything you could need. Fires at night, the hot tub, game room and bike rides along the spirit trail were some of the hits for our family! It is a truly spectacular place. Highly recommend!

Perfect family trip
Our extended family really enjoyed our stay at this lovely cabin. There was plenty of room for all or us. The weather was perfect for bonfires and stargazing. We even got visits from the local animals. It was a great place to relax and spend time together. We definitely will be back!

A family birthday gathering
It was great. The cabin, location and ALL that went with it could not of been better. Celebrated my granddaughters 16th birthday- they got to swim, paddle board, fire pit, play games, chill and more in this cabin. The cabin alone is amazing and stocked with everything! Clean, huge, yet homey. Looking at going back again.

There were storms before we arrived and we had no power until evening the first night we stayed, but Sergii had the generator working and had some power on the first floor. He was quick to check back once power was restored to make sure everything was working. This home has a beautiful setting. There were a couple of deer that stopped by to visit early in the morning. We also had a flock of geese spend one afternoon and evening on the pond on the property. Thanks for a wonderful time.

Camp Clarklake
Wonderful facility, room to roam, beach just 1/2 mile away. Everyone had fun, ages 4-63.
Camp fires, cookouts, game room. Hard to believe but the pictures are real. This place is the real deal for getting away from it all.
