Nestled in Vancouver, this attractive condo for $67 per night is a great option for your next vacation. *Professionally Cleaned* Cozy, modern, and beautiful, the updated decor in this basement studio apartment, sets it apart. This studio is nestled in the heart of downtown Vancouver. Here you will find yourself only 20 mins from PDX and less than 30 mins to DT Portland. This kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge w/bottom freezer, countertop appliances, and a dining space for two. This apartment is fully equipped with all the extra amenities to include a full size washer and dryer set. No Smoking allowed at this property. Note that this is a basement apartment with stairs and some sound from up above. The home may include a decibel monitoring sensor to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels throughout the property. It allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Tampering is prohibited. We do live on the property. However, your space and privacy is of the utmost importance to us! Feel free to reach out to us on here if you have any questions or concerns during your stay. A quaint neighborhood right in Downtown Vancouver. The street is a bike corridor making travel around the city a breeze. Off the beaten path just enough to enjoy some peace and quite but walking distance from a number of cool spots (we love Latte Da and Simply Sweets Bakery) and the always useful grocery store. About a mile from Uptown village where you can find Sasquatch Pizza, numerous bars, restaurants, several antique stores, breweries, food trucks, coffee shops and various shopping! 2 miles to brand new Waterfront with a hand full of wineries or to the heart of downtown and Esther Short, home of an awesome, sprawling farmers market on both Saturdays and Sundays, various events and concerts in the park. Some more of our Vancouver favorites: Amaro’s Table has the best happy hour! Little Conejo: Mexican food. REALLY GOOD Mexican food. We can't recommend it enough. La Bottega is a bit like a deli, but so much better and you can find some really great wines lining the shelves Nonavo Pizza: delicious, crispy, mouthwatering, wood-fired pizza, what more can we say! Another one of our most frequented spots is Craft Warehouse. Endless cute crafting, quilting and home décor finds and the largest independent craft store in the NW. Electronic lock for your convenience, self check-in 24 hours! We have secure street access along the side of the house. Parking will be available in the front of the property. There is a private, gated entrance with a keypad entry. Additionally, there is a seperate, secure, private entry door to the apartment. Enjoy a relaxing stay in the Pacific Northwest, at this gem, close to everything! Here you will be within walking distance to restaurants, shops and bars. There is a private, secure entrance, that will help you feel right at home, at this apartment getaway! Studio Style Bedroom with kitchen and dining area. Smart TV that swivels to cater to the bedroom or living space areas. Lots of seating space. Dedicated office workspace. Large walk-in closet, full laundry room and full bathroom.

This gorgeous basement setting was just the perfect size for me. Everything was in order and beautifully designed and decorated! A fantastic location for someone who’s looking for a home setting while on vacation! Looking forward to returning to this rental in the future!

This was a perfect spot for a girl's weekend. We enjoyed some time in downtown Vancouver (including the Saturday farmer's market), a Willamette river brunch cruise in Portland, and a day trip to see Mt. St. Helens. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. I would recommend this listing!

A beautiful space with all the essentials- comfy bed, great bathrobes, excellent bathroom and kitchen. Didn't have a hot plate or microwave, but we didn't need to heat up food too much so it was fine. We had a great time!
