Bright, newly renovated and fully furnished. Access via east side of house, has its own private patio. Full kitchen, bathroom and in-suite laundry. Secure access through private stairs on east side of house. Convenient location, quick access to Second Narrows, Hwy 1, Sea to Sky. Located close to transit and walking distance to trails leading to Bridgeman Park and Park and Tilford amenities. Radiant floor heating and modern bathroom and kitchen. There's a full fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer in suite. Ideally suited for a single or a couple. We are also happy to accommodate couples traveling with a child.

It’s a perfect stay for anyone visiting the Vancouver area, this place is close to all the amenities that you could want and great access to the highways to get you to and from wherever you want to go!

This apartment is an absolute gem. It's a spacious, modern, fully equipped apartment exactly as you see in the photos and description. The neighbourhood is quiet and close to most amenities. The owners were quick to respond to our inquiries and very accommodating. We felt welcomed, safe and comfortable. We will definitely be staying again.

This is a terrific suite with a wonderful view. The street is quiet and safe. The neighborhood is close to everything you need in North Van from groceries to restaurants to shopping. Cindy and Rob are wonderful hosts ~ thank you for an amazing stay!

We came here after a 7 day cruise from Alaska and let me tell you, this was just what we need. The location is great if you are craving a break from all the people and hustle and bustle of a cruise/life while also being close enough to enjoy the benefits of Vancouver. The view is amazing. The space is comfortable and inviting and the bed!! Soft and cozy. Cindy has thought of it all and created a place that is perfect for being a touchbase as you run around and do touristy stuff OR just wanna hunker down and relax for a couple of days. She’s got a folder full of advice of things to do as well! Definitely recommend this place!

We had a great stay at Cindy’s apartment in North Vancouver. It’s a great location especially since we were kind of all over. It’s updated, new and well equipped. Cindy was great at communicating with me and about anything going on with the property and she was very accommodating when our plans changed slightly and we had to bring our daughter with us. If we were in the Vancouver area again, I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely property with a great view. Wonderful kitchen with tons of space, top of the line appliances and great central island. This property has large rooms and everthing you need with a great outside patio for sitting. Was especially lovely in the evenings. Cindy and Rob were charming hosts and could not have been more accomodating. Would definitely stay again!

The place was spotless (which is always my biggest concern). Everything was new and modern. Met the host and he was extremely nice. The location was perfect. Out of the city but close enough to everything. Would recommend it to others. Thank you

Cindy was a fantastic host with great communication. She was generous enough to let us check in early as well. Great location and neighbourhood close to many sight seeing attractions and not far from downtown. Would recommend!

We recently spent 3 nights here and it was perfect for us. Easy access, easy instructions, everything we could need; hosts were great...even said we could check in early if we arrived early so we appreciated that.
We enjoyed time on the patio before and after setting off to enjoy Vancouver.
We will try to stay again if/when back in Vancouver!

We could not have asked for more, very clean, lots of room and great outdoor patio. Would not hesitate to recommend or stay here again. The host family is lovely and very responsive of requests.

Loved staying in this light filled gorgeous property. Every thought went into comfort and style.
Easy walking distance to parks and shops and the local area has plenty of cafes and restaurants.

Our stay would have been a 5/5 with 2 improvements - 1. More bedding options as the duvet provided was incredibly heavy and hot for the nighttime temperatures and 2. Blinds on ALL the windows for more privacy at night.

We just stayed in Cindy's fantastic VRBO unit. It is excellent. Everything is new and in excellent condition. From the kitchen to the bedroom and bathroom, everything is top drawer. You will not be disappointed. The suite is easy to access as long as you have a Navigation program available. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. In addition, this unit is reasonably priced. I highly recommend you to stay here.

First of all, this property is a steal for the price. It’s so spacious and clean, and the view is amazing! The neighborhood is up on the hill and overlooks the city, breathtaking. Such a wonderful location. Also, the host Cindy took the time to bring us some coffee and cream, extremely nice. We will be booking here again when we come back to Vancouver!

Great property, amazing scenery and quiet neighbourhood. I stayed here for just under 2 weeks and was very comfortable. Only thing I will say is that you will need a car to get around if you're staying here, but other than that the description is accurate and the owner is super open and helpful. Very comfortable accommodations and all the amenities you could want. Would recommend and come back here again if the stars aligned.

The newness of this dwelling was enjoyable. The washer/dryer availability was very helpful. The attentiveness and response to any questions was immediate. We didn't have enough time to spend in Vancouver but would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you, Cindy and Rob!

Cindy and Rob are very welcoming and the suite was amazing! It has every convenience, is spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and has the added bonus of large windows and a huge private deck. The neighborhood quiet and walkable...and we found it close to everything we needed. We can't say enough as it's a great place, great hosts and a great neighborhood.
