About this condo rental
Welcome to Tucson! Our studio apartment is 480 square feet with it's own front and back door for privacy. It is on the east side of town close to Sabino Canyon and the popular bike path "The Loop" https://southernarizonaguide.com/bicycle-path-the-loop/ It has a private fenced yard and a covered patio. A gorgeous view of the mountains can be seen from the patio and through the windows. There is a kitchenette with coffee/tea, and creamer. A microwave, hot plate, 5-cup coffee maker, toaster, water kettle and fridge and freezer with ice are provided. A Brita filter provides clean drinking water. A table and chairs accompany the kitchenette. There is an electric fireplace in front of the sofa which holds a TV with ROKU (please bring your log-in information to stream). There is also an antenna for local channels. One of the apartments best features is the bathroom with a large walk-in shower made of travertine stone. The apartment is exceptionally cleaned for you and the new concrete floors make it feel very open and fresh. There is a large closet for storage. The studio is attached to the main house which has a pool, and the pool is available to you upon request. This studio has it's own entrance and parking spot in front. Please ask the host for any needs that may arise as we want you to enjoy your time. If you have an additional guest staying with you, they can use the single sofa bed. The beds will be set up for you with sheets.

The whole process of checking in, staying and checking out was a piece of cake. Elizabeth was great at answering any questions we had. Very clean. Exactly what was pictured. Will stay again if in Tucson!!!

Older neighborhood/felt safe! Excellent location! Close to all types of shopping and restaurants! Didn't use pool or yard- but great set up. Wish check out could have been a little later. Great hosts with suggestions for hikes, restaurants, etc. Truly appreciate how clean! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This beautiful casita really set the bar high for our cross country trip! Being the first place we stayed, we have yet to meet the expectation that was set by this place anywhere we have been! Our host left our towels for our dogs to minimize mess from the rain, a special sheet to cover the furniture and even left some treats for them.
We couldn’t have asked for a better host, location, or accommodation. Highly recommend this cute little casita!

Had a wonderful 2 day stay at Elizabeth's studio. It was very clean and comfy. I love the natural skylights. Also very peaceful to sit on the back porch/garden area with a cup of coffee. Great location also. I have no hesitation giving this a 5 star review.

We thought place was lovely…murphy bed could have had a better mattress. But for the cost of the vrbo, it was fine. Back yard area was so nice for our dog!

I stayed with my dog and we had a lovely stay. The studio had everything we needed and was spacious and comfortable. The enclosed yard was also great for Maddie (my dog). It was quiet and the neighborhood lovely to walk. Elizabeth was available if needed and also respected privacy. I'm grateful to have found her place.

Great stay. very nice, clean and well stocked. We appreciated the accommodations for my guide dog and our senior golden doodle. The hosts were pleasant, and the grounds were well maintained. We will definitely be back.

We had many creature comforts at this Casita. Kitchen had all the cooking amenities, even a hot plate with pots and pans and a toaster. The place had many skylights to bring in natural light. I loved the back porch that was shaded with trees to hear all the birds in the day. This time of year in mid May we had a desert willow with many hummingbirds feeding on the blossoms.
Great historic neighborhood: quiet, safe and near the mountains.
Recommend this lovely Casita and the people that share it with us.

Clean, comfortable studio attached to a home. In an older neighborhood, but we felt safe. We were out and about during the day, so we only used the studio to sleep. Bed was comfortable. Nice shower. We did not prepare any meals here as we were visiting friends nearby. I would use this place again.

Excellent inside and out. Owner was always helpful. Not at all intrusive. Very comfy inside. Outside more than I expected and lovely. Plenty of room for me. Furnishings were very good as well. Would stay there again. Also I really enjoyed the neighborhood.

Though this studio is small, the owners managed to fit all of the necessary amenities without looking crowded. I’m picky about clean- this place was very clean.
The bed is a Murphy Bed- and if not familiar, if u needed daytime space u can raise it and lock it upright. Once upright u wd not know it is there as the bottom of the bed is all cabinet faces! Pretty cool.

The Indian Ridge Historic District has ruins from Natives years ago, and they knew the best place to live. We found the location of the neighborhood close to hiking in the Saguara National Park East, and accessible to the National Park on the West. The Guest House, which is somewhat small, is perfect for two people. The view outside is delightful, and inside we were perfectly comfortable in the studio arrangement. The kitchen had everything we needed, since we did not need a dishwasher, stove/ oven or garbage disposal. We had access to an outside pool, lots of inside storage space, and I would add, the nicest sheets I have ever slept on. The shower is beautiful. The kitchen and refrig were well equiped with food essentials and lots of dinnerware. The gift of wine and grapefruit and oranges was a welcome addition.
If you have two people, don't miss this lovely guest house. We were lucky to have found it.

A small unit suitably for a couple with a very nice set up inside, well decorated with a very comfortable bed and nice shower. The back patio isn't real large, but well furnished, nice view of the mountains and a great place to watch the sunrise or sunset.

The apartment was well appointed, quiet, private, very well located to be accessible to the foothills and Central Tucson. Elizabeth was a wonderful host, with excellent communication, and unobtrusive. I really appreciated the extra touch of beverages in the refrigerator! I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent to get away!
I stayed with my partner in this beautiful place. To get there, super easy and simple + Elizabeth explained all the details. Once you get in everything is super clean, organized and exactly what you need. Bed and coach are super comfy, you can watch TV from both. The space was perfect for

Great Property!
A very cozy guest house/apartment in a super cute neighborhood with lots of dining and shopping options nearby. The space was comfy, plenty of linens, cute back patio, it was the perfect size for my husband & me. Mike & Elisabeth were very accommodating. We would definitely choose this property again when returning to Tucson.

Superb Property in Award Winning Neighborhood
Get a true taste of Tucson when you stay at this mid century gem in the award winning neighborhood of Indian Springs. Impeccably clean and nicely decorated, the studio is welcoming and cozy. The back porch with its comfy chairs and view of the Catalina mountains was the perfect place to enjoy Frost gelato on a Spring evening. I had an exceptional night’s sleep because the neighborhood is quiet and the bed is very comfortable. Elizabeth, my host, was responsive but not intrusive. You’ll love her attention to detail. I know I did. Cold drinks in the fridge and snacks on the table were appreciated. All in all, I loved staying at this property and would love to stay here again when I return to Tucson.

We were so lucky to find this place. We were in town for a funeral. We normally stay with family when we’re in Tucson but because there were so many others in town, we needed a place to stay. This place was 5 minutes from our family, very convenient especially when we are not familiar with the area. It had everything we needed for our stay. My husband is sometimes critical of my choices in lodging. He couldn’t have been happier with this place and told me so every time we returned from an outing. We would definitely stay here again. Host was very accommodating. We give it 5+ stars!
