Absolutely great week by the ocean. The host surely makes you feel welcome. We certainly plan to return.

Our family (2 college students/2 parents) had the best stay at this lovely 5th floor beach front 1 bedroom condo. The accommodation was perfect for our family - well stocked kitchen, great coffee and tea set-up, amazing views, FANTASTIC AIP location, comfortable beds, very clean. Can't wait to come back!!

My husband and I celebrated our 30th anniversary and thoroughly enjoyed this condo and location in Amelia Island! Johanna goes above and beyond making everything so special, including delicious little desserts. She is always a call or text away. The oceanfront and pool views are phenomenal! We enjoyed the moonlight over the ocean as well as the beautiful sunrises. This condo was very clean and comfortable. It was great to also be able to bring our dog. We were blessed to stay here and look forward to vacationing here again very soon!

Spectacular location, magnificent oceanfront view, very nice, clean, one-bedroom modern condo. Ms. Johanna stocks the place with items you would normally have to bring or buy, like coffee, foil, bottled water, paper towels, ziplock baggies, AA batteries and even sunscreen, insect repellent (which we didn't need), binoculars and nice beach chairs. We ate several meals on the large lanai while watching the waves hit the shore. The beach was never crowded and often we were the only ones in view. The canopy roads are the most beautiful in Florida and there are great restaurants near and far. As I said, this place is awesome.

Such a beautiful property with gorgeous views and has everything you'd need to enjoy your stay! Condo does overlook a pool but from the fifth floor. Condo is at the end of the hall, and we were never bothered by noise. Beds were super comfortable, and the condo is very spacious. Sandcastles was peaceful, and the Omni offers several additional activities, if you choose. Johanna was easy to communicate with and even left us treats! We will be back, and I highly recommend!

This villa was wonderful for our family. It was comfortable and the view was beautiful. The villa was super clean and the property, as a whole, was gorgeous. We will definitely be back.

Very nice condo with a beautiful view of the ocean and pool. Our hosts were very responsive when we had any questions. Check in and out instructions were very detailed and made it easy for us. I’d definitely recommend anyone visiting Amelia Island to stay at this property.

Great place with a beautiful view and short walk to the beach. The condo and property is well kept and clean. We enjoyed the wild life just as much as the beach! Turtles/tortoises, rabbits, and even an armadillo. The owner was great with communication, very responsive, and paid great attention to making sure we felt welcome and had a comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sandcastle condo. The location was perfect, right on the beach, and the amenities were thoughtful and good quality. We especially enjoyed the balcony views, easy access to the beach and the pool. It was also really nice to have access to the free laundry room. Thanks Johanna for an excellent rental.

The location was perfect. The view was beautiful. The condo was very clean and welcoming. They were several special touches such as bottles of water and travel size toiletries. The bed was very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

Easy and perfect for my birding needs. Met Nice people and process was simple. And the host was very responsive and nice. Had water desert waiting for us. Yum. :-)))

This is the first time we have stayed in this resort, and it was wonderful. Johanna’s villa exceeded our expectations, we highly recommend staying here.

Johanna was such a gracious hostess. She provided many little extras to make our stay enjoyable. The bed was comfortable the sheets were so soft and the view from the bedroom and living room was awesome. The condo was very clean and smelled fresh. We didn’t use the kitchen much but it had everything that we needed. We will def be returning. We just fell in love with this island.

This was the best VRBO we’ve had! The owner went over and above to make everything perfect. The kitchen was well supplied, there were extras provided like sunscreen to use, bottles of water, and even a surprise dessert in the refrigerator. Everything was well organized and very clean. The owner was responsive to any questions. The beach is gorgeous as well!

We loved everything about our stay. The condo is beautiful! Luxury towels and bedding, extremely comfortable bed and furniture, coffee/tea, desserts in refrigerator. The list goes on. The balancing views were spectacular. We walked the beach at sunrise and at night under the moonlight. Just what we needed to disconnect. Johanna was great to work with - she’s responsive and she helped us have a seamless trip! Thank you for having us - we will be back.

We cannot say enough about this property! The hostess went above and beyond to see to every detail to make our stay perfect. The unit was very clean and stocked with everything we needed! We have another visit already scheduled in 2023!

It's a great condo in a perfect location. Footsore from the beach and the pool. So dog friendly, too. A great visit for a couple of friends looking to relax!

Property actually looked better in person than the pictures! Host was fantastic to work with. When the power went out she contacted us to check and make sure all was well. We look forward to coming back to stay at this property soon. Definitely recommend.
