Welcome to βGardenia Beach Hideawayβ by Clearwater Beach Vacation Homes -Guests will have full house access -3 bed, 2 bath -Clearwater Beach 4 minute walk to beach -keyless entry Bedrooms: Master Bedroom - Queen bed, TV, bathroom Second Bedroom- King bed, TV Third Bedroom- King bed, TV Bathrooms: Master Bath- located in master bedroom, full walk in shower Second bath - located in hall, tub shower combination ππππ ππ¨ ππ§π¨π°: -Renters between ages 18-25 must pay REFUNDABLE damage deposit of $1,000. -Cameras monitoring north-east corner facing front yard and south-west facing back yard. -Consider buying travel insurance, no refund will be given for natural disasters such as high tides, hurricanes, etc. These things are out of our control. -Following your reservation, you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. ππ ππ ππππ πππππ ππππ ππππππ ππ πππππ. -Heated pool is an additional charge of $25 per night - Dogs are welcome under 30lbs with a $150 pet fee for the first dog or $100 per dog if more then one Essentials: -Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use. -Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay. -Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware.

Neighborhood is quiet, safe and perfect for walking. 5 minute walk to the beach and only 15 minute walk to bars and restaurants. Pool and hot tub and outdoor area were wonderful. Definitely will plan a return visit. Alan was very accommodating and easy to deal with. 5 star rating all the way!!!!

We stayed here for 8 nights. The property was a great size for our stay, the beach was only a few minutes walk from the house and wasnβt crowded which is was great for our kids, a playground is a 15 min walk away and a lot of great food selection is a 20-25 minute walk. It was great to start the morning or end the day in the pool. The kitchen had every appliance you could need and we loved to be able to grill outside. The property manager was attentive and helpful. The woman who cleans was especially sweet.

We rented the Gardenia Hideaway and we loved it. Everything was exactly as described. Alan was easy to communicate with. The pool was such a wonderful addition. The beach was close and empty. A great find.

The inside of the home had great updates. It was just right size for my group. The shower heads could use some cleaning as they spray every which way. Especially the one in the on sweet. There is so much build up that it is hard to take a shower. The neighborhood is very clean and quiet. The neighbors do not like any kind of noise and call the property owne lr at the drop of a hat no matter what time of day it is. So it makes it hard to be able to have a good time. The beach that is only a short walk is very well kept and beautiful. We had rental car and had family staying over to the heart of town where all the shopss and restaurants are. I would say if you didn't have a car to get to the heart of town it would be a bit of a walk. I reached out to the property owner multiple times about the somethings, and never heard back from them, until a neighbor complained about noise. The hot tub was not in working order the entire length of our stay. It was one of the main reason we choose this rental unit so that was a bummer. Overall the house gave us a place to stay,and we were close to the rest of the family that was down their. I would just be aware that if any problems arise with the home, don't expect management to do anything about it, or respond back to you.

Problem was that house needed extreme mold treatment and cleaning. The air ducts had black mold and dust all over vents. One bedroom we Did not use because there was a 1/4 inch dust lining the valances on windows. We waited 5 days for pool heat to be turned on and spa heat to be lowered to a temp that you could go into
The maintenance company very slow!!! To respond. The pool area needs a pesticide treatment for ants just everywhere !!!
We saw that the price has doubled for next year β¦needs attention

This property is fantastic! The home had every thing you would ever need . We loved the neighborhood and the closeness to the beach, the pool and hot tub were wonderful way to relax in the privacy of your fenced in back yard, our dog was able to walk on the beach with us too.
