Located in Emerald Isle, this charming house for $265 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Welcome to your vacation beach getaway in the private Spinnaker’s Reach neighborhood! The neighborhood includes a community pool (across from the beach access), as well as community access to Bogue Sound in neighboring Spinnaker’s Landing. Our home is a third row oceanside duplex with a spacious reverse floor plan that sleeps 11 in 5 bedrooms. The second-floor master suite includes a king bed, private deck access, and a soaking tub with separate shower in the bathroom. Two additional second floor bedrooms include queen beds and share a hall bath. The third-floor guest room on this level also offers a queen bed and a wardrobe in lieu of a closet. On the first floor, you’ll find a game and bunk room that includes a full-twin bunk. The spacious third floor is an open floor plan, including the family room, a brightly lit and well-stocked kitchen that includes a granite countertop and a dishwasher (of course…who wants to wash dishes on vacation?), plus access to the top-level deck. We provide linen service with your stay, including fully made beds; two bath towels per person, plus hand towels and wash cloths; bathmats for all bathrooms; and two kitchen towels. Our amenities include Wi-Fi connectivity, a gas grill, dumbwaiter, full-size hot tub, hot/cold outdoor shower, full-size washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, as well Roku or Smart TVs in 3 bedrooms. The family room includes a large Smart TV and a DVR player, along with an assortment of games and puzzles for rainy days. We also provide a golf cart for your convenience. Please follow posted rules for golf cart use; golf carts are only for neighborhood use, they aren’t allowed on Coast Guard Road. We welcome your dogs, up to 2 allowed with a $150 non-refundable fee per pet. Emerald Isle allows dogs on the beach, though they must be on a leash (owner, too!). You’ll find pickup bags at the beach access so you can clean up after your pet and keep our beach clean. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. We’re new to VRBO in 2022 after transitioning to a new property manager. We’ve owned and rented this property since 2013. If you’re familiar with our home, you’ll notice several improvements for this season. Already complete: we updated the blue bedroom with a new bedspread, replaced several pillows (every bed has shams as well as cased pillows), replaced select curtains (to include room darkening curtains in the yellow bedroom to help you sleep later), and in the kitchen we replaced pots and pans and added baking pans. Coming soon, we’ve scheduled new exterior paint, a new sliding door to the second floor deck, plus a new hot tub cover with a lift; we’re also re-upholstering our “Monkey Chair” and couch cushions, as well as repainting the yellow bedroom (a slightly softer yellow). Some of these scheduled activities might be done already if not for supply chain issues. We’ll post new pictures as we progress.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful and very well kept. Joe and Carol have this house fully equipped with every item you need. Cleanliness was a 9.5/10. The only reason I give a 9.5 is because there was quite a bit of mildew on one of the shower curtains. Other than that, the house was a 10. We had an infant, and it was nice that they had several baby gates/pack-n-play/high-chair. We had some trouble with the hot tub’s pH one evening. The homeowners were very responsive. They had someone come out by the next morning, which we appreciated. We will definitely be back. Thank you Joe and Carol!

We had 3 different families in the house. Plenty of room. Had wonderful accommodations in the kitchen! Just a hip, skip and a jump from the community pool and ocean access! Golf cart was greatly appreciated. Used it every day! Hot tub...Wonderful! Thank you!

The house was exactly as advertised. Location, location, location…this house was in a perfect location! We had such a great time we were already talking about next summer! The owners were wonderful to work with. Thank you for a beautiful home and making our family vacation so nice.

Our stay at Pooh's Corner was great! It was perfect for our extended family with kids ranging 3-15. The neighborhood is very family friendly and everything you need is within 10 minutes of the house: grocery store, gas station, beach shops, restaurants, go karts, water park, etc. Having access to the beach, and community pool so close by was amazing!! The owners were absolutely wonderful with communication and adressing any of our questions and concerns. Definitely highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the nice touches throughout. The dryer needs some attention. It doesn’t cut off and the drum grabs the clothes. Otherwise, all was good, thanks.
