In a nutshell, we were put into a different property than what the host had listed on the VRBO website. It was not the recently renovated, stylish Old Southwest unit. It was in the same building, so, the floor plan was similar. It wasn't until we were into our stay that I realized we'd been switched. The unit we were given access to, was shabby and poorly appointed. I submitted a complaint to VRBO and they did what they could. The host on the other hand, was unresponsive to repeated requests for a partial refund. We felt cheated. Renter Beware!

This apartment was perfect for us! It was a great size for the two of us and our dog. LOVE that it's dog friendly. It has easy access to the street (unlike a huge hotel) so we could take her on quick walks around the block to "use the bathroom" whenever she needed and the neighborhood felt super safe for walking her at any time of day or night. The location was awesome as well, we walked to get pastries, coffee, bagels, to go to a bar, etc! The apartment itself has a large tv and a comfy king size bed with plenty of storage space for unpacking your suitcases. It also has a washer and dryer as well if you need to do laundry during your stay! All in all we loved the quiet neighborhood feel and next time we are in Reno we will 100% book this place again!

The door frame should be repaired. First impression was that this place has been broken into, maybe multiple times. The TV only offered streaming, that is good as an option but not the only one. Won't be staying there again.

My name is De’Andre and I can tell you these are good professional people. After being stranded in Nevada, I approached Stan about a really bad situation. Stan communicated with owner and allowed me to stay another night. After leaving the property and still not having options or a phone, I decided to tell him my truth. I returned the next day and marketed myself because I had no options. I offered to clean units, cut grass, or whatever is needed to get a ticket home. I am a born fighter so giving up was not an option. Impressed by my ambition, Stanley communicated with the owner. I was hired. I made good money for the 5 hours of work but make no mistake lol Stan worked me. I was pleased with the layout of the unit, The Owner, and especially Stan. I walked away feeling great about the people I met.

This is the perfect place in a great location. The kitchen has everything needed if you choose to cook meals. The bed was comfortable. Neighborhood quiet, just a little road noise.

Everything we needed was there. Bed was comfortable, kitchen was well equipped. Very clean. Even though the decking was being replaced right outside our door the construction worker was very considerate of our needs and polite to us. Nicely decorated as well. Thanks, Pam
