About this condo rental
This beautiful LAKEFRONT 3BR/2B CONDO (1896 sq. ft.)is yours to enjoy. Breathtaking views, wrap around deck, fireplace, jacuzzi tub, and all the comforts of home. Plus you get to use of the indoor water park, Boji Splash, and the outdoor pool. This will make the vacation one to remember. FREE BOAT HOIST Private boat hoist available for you to use. Fits a boat under 26' and under $6,000 lbs. No pontoons. Just take the steps down to the dock, turn right and we are 6 hoists down. The sign will say "Dowdey" This condo has everything you need to enjoy your stay at the lake. It is on the lakefront end of the building, with a view from the living room, kitchen, dining area, and master bedroom that must be seen to appreciate. You will have access to all Bridges Bay amenities including: Boji Splash indoor water park, the beautiful lagoon style outdoor pool with swim-up bar, and a pool next to our building, onsite lakefront restaurants, Bracco & The Waterfront, exercise room. Plus you are minutes from trails, shopping, Arnolds Park Amusement Park, restaurants, and everything this great vacation area has to offer. You can comfortably sleep 8 people. The master bedroom has a king size bed. Bedroom number 2 has a queen. And the 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed and twin bunk beds. You can sleep additional people on the blow-up queen mattress in the living room. ELEVATOR is conveniently located next to the underground private parking spot for this unit. The dock and hoist are out the side building door and about 75 steps away to the steps. Condo rental includes 6 free daily passes to Boji Splash Waterpark and Pool. Their hours are: Off Season: Day after Labor Day to Friday before Memorial Day Friday: 4—10 p.m. Saturday: 9 a.m. —10 p.m. Sunday: 9 a.m.—5 p.m. Summer: Saturday before Memorial Day to Sunday, September 5. 12 p.m. —7 p.m., daily *staff and weather permitting* Visit their website for any changes at: https://bridgesbayresort.com/waterpark-zipline/boji-splash-waterpark/

We chose this location because it provided free passes to the indoor waterpark. It was also priced fairly per night given that winter is the off season for Okoboji. The service fee and cleaning fee seemed a bit high though, especially since they ask you to strip bedding, start a wash load of towels, and take out the trash. I’d recommend this condo though and I’d stay there again.

My family and I loved the condo!! We’ve been coming to Okoboji for the past couple years for vacation and we are only an hour away from home. Can’t beat how close it is with lots to do and absolutely loved having access to a boat hoist so we could just jump on our boat everyday. Condo was clean and can’t beat the views! Would recommend to more family and friends!

The property was great, however, A/C did not work. Was told to park at spot 208, there is NO spot 208 anywhere. Welcome book listed TV availability with streaming and YouTube TV. Streaming section had no Golf channel, ESPN, local stations etc, YouTube TV was signed out, so when we asked for ID and password, we were told I can’t give you that information.
Overall it’s just a place with beds and no real effort was given to fix the A/C or accommodate the guests. Would not recommend this particular unit.

We found our host Shelli to be very responsive and accommodating for our first visit to Austin. Apartment was clean and lots of homey touches with attention to detail. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom has plenty of personal care products! Location great for grabbing public transportation downtown and easy walk to Ladybird Lake boardwalk and riverside trails.

Great communication. Beautiful condo, has everything you'd need, perfect location on lake. Underground parking was very nice but be aware for oversized vehicles (truck, suburban) the space is tight but is right next to elevator as is door to condo when you get off elevator. Would highly recommend.

We had an awesome time just getting away for a few days with family and just relaxing. We enjoyed the condo immensely! Everything we could have hoped for! Kitchen was appointed so nicely, we did alot of cooking while we were there and all we needed was there! Grandkids enjoyed the indoor water park/pool area as an extra bonus. And did I mention, the views here are killer! Would recommend this place to anyone!!!

We had a very comfortable and quiet stay here until guests at the other condo had a very loud party one night.
Other than that the property was very clean and spacious. The sunsets over the lake each night were awesome! We loved the lake and the amenities at the resort.

We are hesitant to write a great review because we fear more folks will rent and fill up the calendar. Everything was GREAT! We are planning on making this a yearly trip.
One thing to share we drove our low profile sport car and unable to park in the underground parking spot. Scraped bottom of car pulling in and out so parked in lot after first attempt which was OK.

Beautiful condo. The views of the lake are amazing. We have stayed in this unit the last 8 years (skipped one for Covid) and will continue. Great, open floor plan. It's a plus that you get a boat slip in your rental. Upgrades this last time were really nice.

Great extended weekend trip
The property had everything that we needed and more. Tons of bath towels, extra blankets, detergent to wash clothes, pots and pans, etc. We will definitely be back!
