Sunset Vacation Rentals is fully staffed with a property manager, housekeeping staff and maintenance crew. All guest receive 10% off Sunset Taxi services when picked up from a Sunset Vacation Rental property. Private tours are also available to visit local attractions and wineries. Specifically for all Sunset Vacation Rentals guest street legal 6 seater golf carts are available for our guest to reserve and rent during their stay. **There are 3 total units in the building all rented to vacationing guests. All entrances and spaces are private. ** -ATTRACTIONS- Breakwater Beach at Geneva State Park | 5 minute drive | Pet friendly GOTL Strip | 0.5 miles east Wine Country | 20 minute drive SPIRE Institute | 7 miles Historic Ashtabula Bridge Street | 7 miles east -Pets are allowed in our units marked pet friendly only. There is an additional one time $50 fee that applies to guests who travel with pets, otherwise the stay with the pet was unauthorized. A pet, or any evidence of a pet found on the property, that was not previously disclosed by charging you the pet fee, is cause for eviction and forfeiture of rent. DOGS ONLY- maximum 2 dogs, unless previously authorized.

We enjoyed our stay from Wednesday, august 23 through Sunday, august 27th. Very nice VRBO and we would definitely stay again.

The property was exactly as pictured. The location is very close to the main strip as well as close to a nearby park that is on the lake. We had 5 adults and two teens which was perfect. Any more and it would have felt crowded. I think our biggest complaint was we would have loved some curtains. The blinds did not keep any light out and the home behind this property has spot lights on throughout the night....and then the sun comes up and you are wide awake. But that's about all!!

The 5 bedrooms/3 bathrooms of this property were perfect for our group of 5 moms for our annual getaway. Location was great and the property was very clean and well stocked. Excellent rental!

Location is centrally located within walking distance to bars, restaurants and park.
Rental is newly updated. 3 full bathrooms was a plus. Kitchen was well equipped. Utilized Sunset Taxi for winery tours which was wonderful since they picked us up at our front door.

Excellent vacation house. Very clean and in good condition. Pet friendly is a plus. No stairs to navigate. Great location - within walking distance of the strip and a short drive to wineries, restaurants, and Breakwater Beach.

I can not say anything negative about the property. It was fully updated and exactly what we saw on line. However the location was nice in the sense that you can easily walk into town but the noise level was unbearable when it came time for sleeping. There is a bar next door that had live music until 11pm and then you can hear all the drunk people, on top of that, there were motorcycles riding around until 4am . We could not stay for our second night. Needless to say the place was very nice but if you are looking for a quieter space this would not be the place .

Clean and comfortable. They thought of everything. If you had to stay in for bad weather you would not feel closed in. The rooms are bright and airy. There are televisions in every room. The channel selections are eclectic and plentiful. The beds are comfortable and inviting. We had no issues with anything at all.

The property was great for our group. Greta to have enough bedrooms and bathrooms. The location on the end of the strip was perfect for walking to everything. The area was quite. The facility was super clean and well taken care of.
