Good location and everything was nice, except there was no real interaction with someone to correct or resolve a problem.

Better communication - The biggest issue was that the lockbox stopped working the day before we left, so we had to leave the room unlocked going out, and left the room unlocked when we checked out. Communicating with the chatbot didn't do much, as we wanted to lockbox fixed so we could lock the door, and we ,never got the missing pillow and bedding the chatbot said we would get. We wanted to talk to a live person, but there was no contact information for a live person.

Perfect on mountain ski in and ski out location located at the best base lodge, so even after stay, car was conveniently located to finish skiing and leave the lodge to the car at the easiest mountain exit, not the Jackson gorge bottleneck.

Dated amenities. But still clean, comfortable, and not lacking.

The location was nice and quiet. Town wasn't too far away. Everything was super cozy.

Some repairs were clearly visible. A few holes in the ceiling and fireplace were present.

Great hotel with great atmosphere and amenities. We loved the staff and it is a great place to start your day of excursions in the area.

Noisy neighbors with too many dogs banging on the ceiling. The building has zero sound proofig. Grooming truck making noise well after midnight on Thursday.
