The house was extremely clean. The location was quiet yet closely accessible to a public ocean access. We loved it.

I would recommend installing a TV in the bedroom.

I didn’t like that i had to make multiple calls to fix our tv. They finally came out 3 days later and put in a new tv that still didn’t work. They need to do better or the maintenance part. Thank god we didn’t have little kids

The main bed was horrible to sleep on it was like sleeping on wood and the dryer keep turning off every 5 minutes

The bait and switch concerning the pet fee. The posting stated: Pets stay free. No fees. But at final booking, a 125.00 pet cleaning fee was attached. I asked for reimbursement but have had no responses to that.

My husband loved the bed. I literally need to contact the owner to see what type of mattress we had. Easy 4x4 beach access 1 min away with a decently stock convenient store within walking distance.

Couldn’t get newly equipped fans to work on lower floor even with assistance.

Bed too low. It's on the floor.. Outside stairs need replacing. Nails coming up and steps are angled not level Trees at entrance need trimming. Caught my fishing poles pulling in.

Location and space

A. Pet Fur in laundry machine and on one of the mattress. B. We did not enjoy the main room because a confusion to get in,,there are 2 different units 2 different doors with locks. We did not received proper information.
