There is also a free standing unit in the upstairs master bedroom for use in the summer when maintaining temperature is difficult. Thermostats are locked at 72 degrees to prevent overheating/freezing. Dogs: There is a a non-refundable $100 Pet fee (2 dog max). A large crate can be provided if requested at the time of reservation. Any dog found in or around a dog friendly property, that has not paid the pet fee, is a ground for expedited tenant eviction, forfeiture of all monies paid, and a non-declared pet fee of DOUBLE the normal pet free per pet, at the sole discretion of property owner.
