Room for 2 vehicles (no RVs, trailers, or boats). 18. This property is a duplex with "back-to-back" entrances, not "side-by-side". You have your own private parking area, patio, and entrance. 19. We are located 6 houses from the beach access point at the north end of Gladiolus St. From there it's a short walk down a path between two homes to the beach. In recent years there has been an accretion of sand at Bean Point, so it's another short walk from the end of the path down to the water. All in all, about 5 minutes. A second beach access point at the end of N. Bay Blvd. (one street over) takes you over a wooden walkway right to the beach on the bay side of Bean Point. 20. We have a Property Manager on call in case of emergencies or maintenance problems. There is no charge to you for this extra peace of mind! 21. We use a cleaning service between guests and they do a great job.
