Loved it!

Stayed here for a girls weekend with a group of 8 people. Plenty of space for sleeping and a nice quiet neighborhood. Convenient large driveway for packing multiple cars. Property manager Julio is very responsive and helpful. Could have used more paper products like paper towels and toilet paper for our larger group, but were able to pick up what we needed from stores nearby.

Wonderful stay in Mystic at this house. We were 2 families- 4 adults, 4 children (ages 3,3,1,1) with plenty of room! the house was quaint and charming and the backyard was spacious. Easy drive to all of Mystic sights and restaurants. The homeowner was so easy to talk to and so very responsive and accommodating. we had a wonderful stay and would definitely book this house again in the future! thank you!

Beautiful home in the heart of Mystic. Short drive to everything you need. Clean and roomy home, close to everything in Mystic. After a long day of sightseeing, a wonderful place to come home to catch your breath and rest up. Beautiful backyard to sit with family and friends after a long day of traveling. Julio made for a smooth check in / check out. Definitely would stay here the next time we are in town!

This property was close to everything, parks, the downtown, the aquarium and seaport museum. Julio was very helpful when we left our iPad behind. He sent it back without charging us for shipping.

No complaints. Great location, large driveway, big backyard, beautiful inside. We stayed here for our Mystic, CT, wedding celebration as it was close to family, friends, and where we had dinner in downtown Mystic. There's a Big Y and liquor store minutes away, which helped us stock up on supplies. And Mystic Roasters, also minutes away in the train station, had amazing coffee and breakafast sandwiches. Would definitely stay again.

Six of us wanted to get away for a beach trip. Rather than renting multiple hotel rooms we found Julio’s house on VRBO. It was perfect for us!

The property was exactly as listed. Very clean, tidy and private. Perfect spot to explore Mystic and easy access to RI. Would definitely stay again!

Since the first communication, Julio was extremely helpful. The check-in process was smooth and the house had everything one can desire: comfortable beds, good appliances and cleanliness. The patio was spectacular to have breakfast or a drink. The neighborhood is very quiet, and just minutes away by car from center town, 20 minutes or half an hour walking. Julio received us with a bottle of prosecco, and was kind enough to let us stay a few hours more, since he didn't have guests the day we were leaving. I wish we could have stay a day more, but we are surely coming back!

The location was perfect - close to beaches & downtown Mystic. The house was charming & nicely updated to reflect that Mystic vibe. Julio was a wonderful host! He bade sure that we had everything that we needed. The house was just lovely and the property was very clean and orderly. Julio even had breakfast purchased for us because we were arriving a bit later then we though and even left us some wine and beer to get the relaxation starting ;-) The house is very close to the proper downtown and you could easily walk, but a bike would be ideal. We would absolutely rent this house again for our next trip to Mytic! Thanks for a wonderful stay, Julio!!
