We (6 adults and 4 children) enjoyed our stay! The house is large with enough space for everyone to enjoy time together and to spread out for relaxing. The water is just down the yard and gave great access for fishing and putting in kayaks. All of us enjoyed the covered patio and the deck. We watched birds while eating on the deck. There was plenty of beds for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked. The washer and dryer were wonderful to have (especially with 4 kids). The water pressure was great and we never had any issues with cold showers. We loved staying here and would love to come back again!

Good for our large family. Easy to get to large grocery and pontoon rental. Liked square dining table for our evening games.

This property was very nice. Well stocked, clean, and quiet by the water. The host was great to work with. Came down for work, but will definitely book again to bring the family back for a trip!

Awesome place. Great host. During a power outage, they brought us a generator and heaters! You could not ask for a better place to stay!

This is a great spot for families and/or work teams. Very relaxing and the owner is a pleasure to work with and very responsive!

This is a very quiet spot with access to the water. We really appreciated the space and all of the extras included with the rental like cornhole boards, chairs, checkers and everything needed to make s’mores! And sportsman’s marina is right down the road if you want to rent a boat.

Excellent choice. The kitchen had everything you could ever need. The space was amazing and the location to fish was perfect. The house had everything you didn't need to bring anything but yourself. They left us smores too. I felt at home once we got settled in. I am battling a serious illness and I almost forgot I was sick as I relaxed so much. It was short but sweet. My family of men loved and caught a lot of fish. Will recommend. Thanks for the blessing

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. Clean house, thoughtful host - our experience was better than what we expected.

It was a great property for a small family reunion. Close to several marinas for easy arrangements to go on Kentucky Lake. The area has groceries and other stores not too far away. Joanne was very responsive to our questions and had some overproducing hens that provided us with fresh eggs! Wow that was a first. Not sure she can guarantee that for everyone, but it worked out for us. Great work and thank you for the hospitality!

The location is great for not only lake access ( 1 mile away) but also food selections. The owners were more than accommodating and also left the items necessary to make smores. I would recommend this property and we would love to come back and stay again.

There was a lot of great space and beds for our annual lake trip! Courteous owners with sidewalk chalk and some toys for the kids and adults (cornhole boards), seating for outside. Only downside was no dock but was one about a mile up the road where we rented slips
