I've come to Aspen for nine years, and have rented several units in the downtown area but this one was by far my favorite! Best location, with easy access to everything, thoughtfully furnished with anything you could possibly need, the washer and dryer was a plus and loved having a view! My stay was a combination of business and vacation so it was a pleasure to have all the conveniences of home in such luxurious surroundings! Definitely planning to come back!

This was a nice smaller condo within 5-10 min walking distance from many venues for the Aspen Food and Wine. It is on the 2nd floor and comes with a parking spot- though the spot is tight. There is a low sitting couch and chair In A small living room which is divided from the bedroom by a partial wall. To be accurate, it is a studio room that is partially divided. It was fine for a couple. It may not be as acceptable for a group. We really appreciated the host contacting us to make sure we were happy and would stay there again.

Great location. Easy walking distance (less than 5 mins) to downtown Aspen and all that it offers. Would be a great location for skiing too.

This condo was absolutely perfect. The location was close to everything in Aspen! Once we parked our vehicle, we never drove it again until we checked out. The condo was excellent! Scott was great to work with! We are already planning to return!

This little gem was the perfect spot for my business trip...easy walk to restaurants and shopping, but also had the luxury of having everything I needed just like being at home.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Scott's place. The location was perfect. It was just a 5-10min walk to anything in downtown Aspen, including the gondola and chair lifts for the mountain. Scott is great at communicating and checked in with us multiple times throughout our stay. The apartment had everything we would possibly need including a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom, as well as a washer and dryer and a designated parking spot. There is also a market just 2 blocks away. We would be thrilled to visit again.

Pictures and descriptions in VRBO were spot on. Fantastic accommodations, especially if you intend to cook dinner during your stay. Just remember to bring napkins, paper towels, and soap for showering 🙂.

This condo is in the best location and is just a few minute walk to town! We did not have to drive anywhere during our stay. The host was very accommodating of everything we needed and was in constant communication. Highly recommend this property for your Aspen stay!

Great location. Very convenient walking distance to shopping, gondola,restaurants and events. The condo is spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. Scott was super responsive and was there to answer any request or question. We had a great time and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a perfect stay in Aspen.

Great space. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable living and dining areas. Abundant light from all of the skylights. Excellent internet (had an all-day Zoom meeting and the video never skipped a beat). Great location - steps away from the mountain trails and a few blocks from the heart of Aspen. We loved it and will be back.

We had a wonderful time, this place is perfectly placed near downtown and walkable almost anywhere in Aspen. Quiet and small, it was perfect for our short stay. Scott was very helpful and easy to work/communicate with. I would definitely stay here again.
