Welcome to your home away from home. Located within walking distance to Cox Bay (approx. 10 min), one of Tofino's renowned surf beaches, Cedar Sands is a custom built, rustic, three bedroom house. There are 2 bedrooms located on the main floor and a loft style bedroom upstairs. There are 2 bathrooms within the home. The shared bathroom has a stand up shower and the ensuite had a deep soaker tub. The main floor features a spacious and open concept living room, kitchen and dining table, perfect for entertaining with your group during your stay. The balcony is complete with a hot tub, BBQ and patio furniture. There is an outdoor fire pit in the front yard and wood is provided complimentary by the owner of the home. There is also an outdoor shower to use after a day of surfing or frolicking on the beach. During peak summer season (June 15 - Sept 15), 3 night minimum and all bookings must be back-to-back to avoid gaps. 3 night minimum stay for all Canadian Statutory Holidays Dog friendly property with a 2 dog max after owner approval. $50 per dog, plus tax. (Sorry no cats) Please note: A long-term tenant lives on-site in a separate caretaker suite as per Tofino Bylaws Strict Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am - please be respectful of the neighbours and locals! Accidental Damage Protection: The occasional accident is bound to happen during your holiday. The ADP covers accidental damages of up to $1000, provided damages are reported to Tofino Vacation Rentals before your check-out in writing. The ADP is a mandatory fee of $10 per night that is included in your nightly rate. Cancellation Policy:. We offer a 30 day cancellation policy from September through June and a 60 day policy from July through August. If you provide us with the 30 or 60 days required notice you will receive a full refund (minus a $73.50 non-refundable processing fee).
