Spacious, Two Bedroom Condo at the Center of the Crystal Coast
About this condo rental
Kitchen is fully equipped, with plans to be updated in the near future, and includes a dishwasher (as well as a washer & dryer). Master bedroom has a King bed and private bathroom. Second bedroom has 2 bunk beds: Queen/Extra-Long Twin & Twin/Twin. A 6 person kitchen table, along with 4 stools at the large island, affords plenty of room for eating, games, and puzzles. Private balcony holds a 6 person table for outdoor dining or just enjoying the sounds of the ocean. 3 smart TVs (living room TV also has cable) and high speed WiFi Internet. Coded keypad for keyless entry. Less than a 2 minute walk from the door to the sand. Remodeled master bathroom (2023) NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Linens are included with stays of 4 nights or more. For stays of 2 or 3 nights, linens can be requested for $125. (i.e. - sheets/pillowcases, bath towels & washcloths, bath mats, and kitchen towels & rags.) The linens will be in a bag at the front door upon arrival. Also, beds have pillows, blankets, and comforters. Rents Sunday to Sunday prime season (prime season runs from approx. the second week in June thru the second week in August). Colony by the Sea is a family-friendly complex with a quiet beach. It is conveniently situated in the middle of the island - 15 mins from both Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach. Pool, hot tub, charcoal grills, picnic area, and elevators are all on-site for guest use.

We really enjoyed the condo. There was a large dining, living room, kitchen area. Looked like it must have been painted recently as everything looked crisp. The master suite and other bathroom were ample size, too. We would stay here again.

Clean and well maintained place to stay. Time to replace the vertical blinds in the living room. We loved the location and ease of access to the beach and surrounding area. Very laid back and enjoyable. Everything was exactly as described. We would like to return in the future. Well done.

Great location close to the beach. It was perfect for our family of four. The AC seemed to stuggle to keep the place cool, especially the bunk room. Other than that it was perfect!

The stay was above our expectations. The condo was great, a huge living area. Loved the porch for eating our meals. The location was very nice. Not far from Atlantic or Emerald Isle but Indian Beach is our favorite area. Nice and quiet and the beach was not crowded. The beach was steps away. We could not have asked for a better place, we will definitely be returning! This was by far one of our favorite VRBO beach rentals to date!

Absolutely loved this place, had everything we needed, right on the beach. I would definitely stay here again. Communication was great and a very easy check in.

We had a lovely stay at Indian Beach. The property was very quiet and plenty of room for the family. The place is a little out dated but still nice. The main things missing were a hair dryer and some sort of cleaning sponges for doing dishes. The beds were comfortable and it was right near the beach which was nice. The oven could use an upgrade and the tiles in the main bathroom need to be regrouted. I would stay here again though.

Nice, quiet spot on beautiful Emerald Isle. The condo is spacious and from the deck you can see and hear the ocean. There is also a large deck for condo users right on the beach which we enjoyed.

My father and I stayed here for Christmas, as my mother passed away 2 years ago and we needed a new tradition. This condo is very homey and comfortable. This may be our new holiday tradition.

Our stay at Colony By the Sea was wonderful! The condo was clean and well equipped, the beds are comfortable, and the location is perfect. The description online is very accurate, and communication with the host was so easy. Will definitely return!

Stayed for 6 nights. The condo was wonderful: right next to the elevator, private deck (partially obstructed view, but it didn’t matter to us), clean and beautifully decorated, private beach access for the condos, small but clean pool. Just the getaway we needed. The host was great about communicating and answering any questions I had. I will definitely be booking here again!

Very nice property and we enjoyed our stay. Did not care for the mattress and had a hard time with the TV. Too many options for a couple in their 70's. Overall very nice and would use again.

I’m just getting home from vacation and am already planning next years trip!! The pictures really don’t do justice to this place!! The condo is VERY spacious and clean and has everything you need for an amazing trip!! Very quiet and restful - exactly what my family needed!!! Sorry for all the !! - but we had a wonderful, much needed, memory making trip!!

Amazing & perfect for our family! Super clean, plenty of room (actually bigger than what I expected from the pictures) Well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfy. Beach was beautiful & not overly crowded. The caretaker of the complex was very friendly & gave great suggestions on places to eat. Loved that the complex not only had elevators but had buggies/trolleys that you can use to unload/load your vehicle. We stayed several days so towels/linens were included. Loved that each clean bundle of towels/sheets was wrapped & labeled as to which bed it went on. Thanks for a great vacation stay!

Loved the large room for our family. Was very clean and kitchen well stocked. Enjoyed our first contactless check in to make our vacation start as soon as we arrived to island. The building and pool were kept up very nice and was very quiet!

The property was exactly as described and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped.Check in/out was easy. The beach was lovely, steep stairs to beach but easy to manage. There is an outdoor shower and hose at both the beach and the pool. The pool area was also clean. I would rent this property again.

AWESOME STAY
It was so nice, clean, & beautiful, close to everything. So much room to relax, very very comfortable beds. We enjoyed every minute of it. Robert was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. Definitely returning!

Indian beach is quieter than the surrounding beaches, which we liked. The linens situation was unusual. You have to either bring your own linens or pay extra (if you don't stay for 5 or more days). We have never experienced that before, but it is clearly stated in the listing, so we can't really complain. The property felt safe and we would stay here again.
