Located in Deschutes River Woods, this lovely condo for $163 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo at the Seventh Mountain Resort. Located along the Deschutes river, this resort offers a truly marvelous stay in a great setting. Enjoy staying at the closest lodging to Mt. Bachelor, only minutes from Bend where you will find a large array of shops, breweries, restaurants and many outdoor activities. This 1 bedroom unit sleeps 4, with a queen murphy bed in the living area. It has a fully equipped kitchen and the patio offers easy access to hiking right outside your door. This cozy condo has everything you need for your stay, including a fireplace and fully equipped kitchen to warm up and fuel up after your day in Bend or on the slopes. We will consider one small dog for a $50 fee, please let me know what type of dog you are bringing. Please don't ask to bring two dogs. The pools, hot tubs, sauna and fitness center are all open! Pools are open daily 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM, and the fitness center is available for use 24/7. Only pressed wood (i.e. Duraflame) can be used in the fireplace, these can be purchased at the front desk. Seventh Mountain offers guests access to 3 swimming pools, 3 hot tubs, a fitness center, picnic areas, sand volleyball, mini-golf, disc golf, tennis courts, pickleball courts a restaurant on-site and more! I'm not local, but am only a phone call or e-mail away! Check-in is handled at the Seventh Mountain front desk. There is on-site maintenance that will take care of any issues with heat, air, cable or WiFi.

We enjoyed our stay, loved the location and the owner made it easy to contact him if needed! Great place clean cute perfect! Cannot wait to visit again! The owner had a book of resources and I enjoyed his story about his own family it gave the place a personal connection which was very touching!

Staying in Bend at this location was the best, and the highlight of our trip! The place was perfect for a family of 4 and so dog friendly. Thank you for hosting us - amazing memories!

The condo was in a nice and convenient location. However the unit was in need of a replacement/upgrade of furniture. Lighting was dim and frustrating. The inside of the unit was clean but the patio and outside furniture was very dirty.

The location is perfect for MTB and gravel riding as we did and only 10 min from everything in Bend. The bed is comfy which is important to me and the blackout shades are ideal. The place was not thoroughly cleaned when we arrived with chips and other crumbs on the floor and the bathroom has a bad smell that lasted the whole visit. At check-in they said can come back for towels or TP which was not true as we learned when we tried for both on day 4. Additionally, if anyone is staying upstairs it is very loud. However the patio is fantastic and the grounds are fun, albeit dated and have mini golf, pool/hot tub and horseshoes.

This resort is a great place to stay, closest to Mt Bachelor. Lots of amenities. We have stayed at several of the condos in past years and this is one of the nicer ones. Host was very responsive

This condo was perfect for my teenage daughter and me. She loved the Murphy bed in the living room while I took the Master bedroom. Very charming decor, very clean and well appointed. Loved the location.

We loved our time at 7th Mountain in Todd's condo. Todd was easy to get a hold of and flexible when we needed to adjust our dates. He answered any questions promptly and politely. The condo was clean and comfortable. The main bed was cozy, and we especially appreciated the blackout blinds for sleeping in! The kitchen had everything you'd need for preparing simple meals (though I admit we indulged quite a bit in the amazing Bend restaurants!). 7th Mountain Resort is so conveniently located, with a 10 minute drive into Bend. The resort itself is showing it's age a bit. I had to haul my laundry to several different buildings to find a working washing machine and dryer, and the rest of the facilities aren't anything luxurious. Regardless, my daughter had a ball playing mini golf and swimming her heart out, and it was nice to be without the crowds of Sunriver. One tip: we discovered an ice machine to the left (when entering) of the condo a few days into our stay. Great for the hot days when we visited! Restaurants we enjoyed: Barrio (tapas) McKay Cottage (amazing breakfast - worth the long wait!) Bonta Gelato El Sancho (causal taco place) Spork (Asian/Latin American fusion)

We had a wonderful few days at Todd’s condo. It was perfectly situated between the town of Bend and Mt Bachelor. Our kids loved the pools and hot tubs. We also lucked out with AMAZING spring skiing with plenty of fresh tracks! We would absolutely stay here again.

This condo and the amenities onsite were absolutely amazing! Todd is very responsive, helpful and friendly. He took care of us very well. The fridge wasn’t worked well and he had it replaced quickly. Which was awesome. Even helped with tools when we needed bike repair. We will definitely be back. Being just 10 minutes outside of Bend was perfect for us. The area made so much sense to us. Easy restful trip.

The condo was perfect! Stocked with everything we needed, just the right size for our family of four, the beds were very comfortable, and the location was amazing. The ground floor unit was wonderful since we have a pet and it was great when we went for a walk along the river trail behind the complex. We had a wonderful trip and would certainly stay here again!

We picked this place because of its proximity to Mt. Bachelor. It shaves off a good 15 minutes from your drive. For us who are avid skiers, this is important. What makes it even better is that Todd's home is really lovely and was perfect for us. One thing to note, which was not an issue for us, is that there is just a two burner stove top and no over. This is absolutely clear in the pictures and description. Otherwise the place is in great condition, incredibly homey, and the kitchen is well stocked. Also to note, there was a bit of trouble with the fridge, which is out of anyone's control. Todd, the owner was very proactive in trying to get it fixed and when he couldn't, he was very fair in refunding us some of our money. Speaking of our host, he was warm and friendly and incredibly responsive - 5 stars to him as well. Next time we make it to Bend and Mt. Bachelor, we will definitely try to stay here again! I highly recommend this place.

This trip was perfect (beside the sun burnt legs), the unit was awesome. We did the river float, ate at some great restaurants and relaxed at the pool. We just needed a little break from city life and this worked perfectly. We will definitely like to rent this unit again. Todd made sure everything thing was taken care of for us.
