Very nice and well equipped condo.. Nice location with views of the Atlantic Ocean.

The property is comfortable, quiet, and well appointed. My partner and I loved being able to head out the door and walk right on the near empty beach. The kitchen is among the best equipped rental property kitchens we've ever seen - extravagant baking projects were successfully completed. We'll look forward to returning!

Everything was wonderful! Clean and so many details for comfort! From the coffee bar to the cabinet full of every kind of glass for any kind of beverage to the warm snuggly throws! You will not want for anything!

This was a very nice place to stay. It was clean and had everything we needed. The personal touch of coffee, toiletries, paper goods was wonderful! I have stayed from FL all the east coast up to Maine, south from FL to TX. West from AZ to CA. I have never stayed in a VRBO that supplied any extras but starter packs. That was a personal touch that was greatly appreciated! The owner Tamera was great answered questions and concerns that we had immediately. Thank you

Beautiful property and completely well-stocked... you don't need to bring ANYTHING. Another plus? Every square inch of the kitchen (and coffee bar!) is labelled... so finding things and putting them away is no longer a guessing game! Only downside, if it can even be considered one: the elevator was out of service and wasn't repaired while we were there. It was quite a long and jostling trek to get your gear up to the condo and back when it was time to leave at 4AM.

Never been to the area before but decided to try the OBX. Tamara, the host, was very helpful. We had a great stay relaxing at the beach and the pool.

We were 5 adults at Be Our Guest & this condo accommodated us very comfortably. We especially like all the extra tables & mirrors around allowing all of us space to ready ourselves for outings. This condo was very clean, well equipped with everything needed & great views of beach, pool, & campground to enjoy. Great communication between ourselves and owner! We would definitely recommend this condo & looking forward for future vacations.

"Be Our Guest" was the most thoughtfully well-appointed and comfortable unit we have stayed in at Resort Rodanthe (we have stayed in 5-6 other units over the last 15 years.) Our stay was wonderful. Tamara, the host, was always easy to reach. We had a wonderful week!

The unit was exactly like the photos. It was clean, and the owners add several little touches that make a big difference during your stay. We can't say enough about Tamara, and her extraordinary patience with my several messages on checknin day. She was extremely helpful in every way, and was completely committed to giving us a worry free vacation. We hope to be able to stay there every time we go down. Sincerst thanks again to the owners!

This was our 1st trip to OBX and we had a wonderful time. The place was just as it looked in the pictures and suited our needs perfectly (my hubby and I and our three boys). The back balcony was our favorite spot...always in the shade and very comfy furniture! We sat out there with our coffee every morning. I wasn't a huge fan of the bed in the master suite...a little mushy for me...but I struggle to sleep on anything not really firm, so I'm admittedly picky. The grounds and pool area we're really well maintained, and the trailor park next door was a non-issue...I was a little worried about noise, but generally found everyone to be quiet and respectful. The owner was great... responsive and accomodating. Having vacationed at the Jersey shore my whole life, I was delighted that she provided beach toys and towels along with freshly packaged sheets and bath towels...so nice not to have to bring all that! My only minor complaint was that the place could have been a little cleaner on our arrival; the bathrooms and kitchen were fine but it was clear nothing was dusted and there were fingerprints all over the glass table and sliding doors. Besides that our visit was fantastic and we're definitely planning to return to Rondanthe in the future!

We had a fantastic week at this property. We comfortably had 4 adults and 2 children with just about any amenity we might need. Tamara truly thinks of everything to make your getaway relaxing and enjoyable. We hope to return soon!

Everything was fine.

Great experience, I loved the view and sounds of the ocean from the balcony. There was an elevator which helped with luggage= wheelchair accessible. The condo was large, well equipped and comfortable and the host super helpful.

The condo we stayed in was perfect for us. My husband and I brought my mother to visit The Outer Banks and this was a perfect location for our stay. The condo was clean and beautiful. The ease of check in and check out was great! The owner was quick to respond to inquiries we had and was very helpful and hospitable. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. We are already discussing a future trip back!

Tamara was absolutely amazing and prompt in communicating with us! The description of the listing was accurate and we loved the balcony and views of the ocean. Being sung to sleep to the sounds of the waves outside our bedroom was priceless. So many thoughtful touches too such as coffee, spices, ample shampoo and such as well as items for the beach. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we look forward to another visit.

Tamara was quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had. The property is very well kept. She provides all the comforts of home. The beach is a short walk from the condo, and you can see the ocean from the balcony. It is not on a main strip so be prepared for peace and quiet. There are small shops within walking distance for eating and shopping. There is an arcade up the street for entertainment of young and old.

We had an amazing time staying at Tamara’s property. The rental was clean, well stocked and came complete with games, coloring books, and all of the essentials for our stay. We had an issue with our linen rental (no fault of Tamara’s) and she was able to get our linens to us ASAP as well as provide linens for us to stay comfortably for our first night. Thanks for being a great host, Tamara! We can’t wait to come back!

We loved staying in this part of the Outer Banks. It's a lot more quiet than the more touristy area north of here. This building is not right on the beach but you get a decent view of the beach from the unit's balcony and it is a very short walk to the beach.

We have been coming to the OBX for the last 5 years (since we moved to the East Coast) and this trip was one of the best ever. This property is so much better than a hotel - well stocked, super clean, comfortable - everything you would think of to enjoy a stay at the beach. My only critique, and this has nothing to do with the property itself, is that Rodanthe/Waves villages really are isolated and there are not as many dining options as further north. Add in COVID staffing shortages, and the wait times at local restaurants were pretty rough. Avon is a quick trip down the highway, where you can stock up at Food Lion, which we did for our breakfast options - the condo's kitchen really is fully stocked with cookware so no need to hold back! If we had stayed longer, I would definitely have utilized the kitchen more since the restaurant situation is not great right now. The beach location is fantastic - I was worried from the angle of the pictures that this property really wasn't as close to the beach as advertised, but it really is. It is maybe a 5 minute walk down a wooden boardwalk - and best of all for the hubby's knees, no stairs, just a slight incline. This portion of the beach wasn't as densely populated as the section in front of the campground next door, so we were able to set up at 11 each day right next to the water, without being crowded by others. The host, Tamara, was also super responsive, very nice and answered my zillion questions patiently! She clearly wants all her guests to enjoy their stay and will make sure it can happen for you! All in all, this was a fantastic stay, and we will definitely be back (with groceries in hand!)

We had a wonderful experience our VRBO was clean and had so many amenities that we found later such as games charging stations for our cell phones. Hope to be back next year
