After walking around in the living room, we noticed the floor seemed gritty. We looked at our sock which were white, the bottoms were dirty. When we moved the coffee table and plant to open up the sofa bed, there was sand under the coffee table and dust around the plant indicating these items are not moved to clean under. The dryer took 5 cycles to dry clothes so that needs to be attended to. We had 8 women and ran out of bathroom tissue. When I called housekeeping there was no answer so we went to the store to purchase some. Overall our stay was wonderful and enjoyed the location and our condo. We will return again.

I VERY MUCH appreciated the simple amenities to eliminate extra time spend from having to acquire them: dishes, cooking pots and pans, utensils, washer and dryer. Dishwasher, coffee, blender. You truly supplied everything. All I needed to bring was food. Saved me a lot of time and money. If I had one small complaint, it would be parking. I was assigned an obscure parking spot levels and steps high and away in the garage...when daily I’d walk through an almost entirely empty lower level. That was a bit of a pain when I was pressed for time and making several runs. I ended up parking in empty convenient spots when I had too. Other than that, my stay was flawless.

Large bathroom didn't have any bathrugs to step onto. Not enough towels or washcloths for 9 visitors. Dryer didn't work satisfactory. Pull out couch mattress was worn out. I slept with 2 grandchildren on it and it felt like I was lying on the metal pole the padding on the mattress was so worn. Mattress on the queen bed also worn. Not a complainer but for the price truly disappointed. Owner should mimic 1403 penthouse. Very nice.

Big kitchen with everything but food & drinks (need to make ice or bring bag)! Really a 3 bdrm, not 2. More than enuf room for 8. Nice pool areas and beach across street. Lots of parking & security (not really “gated.”) Great loc between marinas, casinos & restaurants. Rental agent Doug Humble AWESOME. If you need vacay rental in area, he’s your guy. The BAD: LOTS of issues BBRR needs to address. Sec guards nice. But office staff at best not helpful, at worst rude. Couldn’t answer basic questions–like where’s rec room with pool table shown online? (Never found it). Need printed site map of amenities in 2 bldgs. Girl at desk said “you can walk around & find it.” Got only 2 small shampoos and 4 hand towels (8 bath & 8 wash) for 8 people, so bring your own. Told “company policy” & to use washing machine. Limited luggage carts for check in/out. When ask for one after half hour, they tell you go find yourself. No response to notice of spilled water by elevators or smoking in non-smoking bldg. Condo looked clean, but every surface in kitchen sticky & floor slippery–bring sanitizing wipes! Get it’s not a hotel with concierge & maid service, but be polite & answer questions (without acting like we’re annoying you) & provide linens & toiletries for 1 night for # of people booked. Only 4 charcoal BBQs at pools–so get there early or lose. No crosswalk to beach across hi-speed 4-lane road. And be aware “company policy” not to give out guest info. Would not tell brother (cell dead, came later) which tower we were in. He had my name, room # & tower address (2 towers have 2 different addresses) & desk knew more coming. All they had to do was point, but they left him wandering for an hour (with COPD in 90+ heat) trying to find us. Don't believe 24/7 on-site service & know you can’t rely on staff to be helpful at all & you’ll have good time.

Several of the receptacles did not work, the microwave kept tripping the breaker, the dryer shocked me and started throwing sparks. I had a stranger walk in to my condo with a key when my door was locked. I was not given any key card at check in went the next morning for it they gave me one yet when I returned it they charged me $30 bc they said I lost the other one which was never given to me. Cheryl the manager was nice even though I was never refunded for the keycard. Jenna however was very rude when I called about the charges. I will not be staying here again. I think I will choose the Sienna or another condo next time. We vacation here very often (at least once a month) so I hate that this happened.

There was tons of space to spread out, but we never went farther than across the street from the condo. We watched dolphins swim from our balcony and enjoyed all 3 pools available to us. All kids, ages 16-7 we amused.

Towels were an issue. 8 sets left in the room & when we asked for more we were told that was the max. We went and bought towels for the stay. My problem with this is the sign on the door plainly stated MAX OCCUPANCY 10. Why not leave 10 towels? Oh well, all water under the bridge. We improvised and enjoyed our time!

All of the electrical plugs are upside down and many didn't work. Many of the lights flickered.
There were liquid stains on walls, the toilet seal was all cracked, the toilet seats are loose, the master bathroom door stop was broken which caused the bathroom door to self lock. The mattresses were old and worn, the bed frames all squeaked so loud you could hear them through out the unit.
Minimal shampoo and soap was provided.
This could be a very nice unit but it's not being maintained properly. It's certainly not what you'd expect form a Penthouse. I'd give this a high 2 star or very low three star hotel rating. Holiday Inn would have been better. Buyer beware.

Also, inconvenient table at end of bed which holds all TV cable box, etc. should have a wall mount stand under TV. High table in dining room - very bad for short people. NO standard chairs for a person to sit on. Fake wood flooring appears to be peeling up. Also, tile grout appears to be very dirty. Laundry in closet is very inconvenient with dehumidifier on metal shelf so you hit and cut your head on metal shelf several times. Parking to far from room. No front exit to Rt. 90 -- having to exit from side road. Service people blocking building entrance and leaving vehicles unattended.
