Each bedroom offers smart tvs equipped with cable and high speed internet. Come enjoy all the fun that Pigeon Forge has to offer, today! The Space: Condo has cable tv and high speed internet. Bedroom 1- King bed, Smart TV Bedroom 2- King bed, Smart TV Bathroom 1- Tub/Shower Combo Bathroom 2- Tub/Shower Combo Living Room- Queen sleeper sofa, Smart TV Kitchen- Refrigerator, Range, Dishwasher, Microwave, Granite Countertops, Pots, Pans, Dishes, Utensils, Cups, Plates, Glasses Balcony- Riverfront, Covered, Seating Guest Access: Entire Condo The Neighborhood: This condo is located in the middle of Pigeon Forge, TN! You really can't beat the location! You can walk to tons of activities including dining and entertainment. The Pigeon Forge Convention Center is right next door! You are located right on The Little Pigeon River that flows right out of The Great Smoky Mountains. It offers great trout fishing so don't forget to grab a daily fishing license! This is the closest lodging to the LeConte Convention Center! You can walk right over no problem! Getting Around: We always recommend a vehicle but you can walk to tons of activities located in Pigeon Forge, TN as this location is as good as it gets! Other Things to Note: Must be 21 or older to book this condo. This condo sleeps 6 guests maximum. This condo is easily accessible by main roads and parkways. We always recommend 4x4 drive depending on all the areas you may travel within The Great Smoky Mountains region, but again, this condo is very easy to access being right in the middle of downtown Pigeon Forge, TN on flat, paved city roads. Gas fireplaces are seasonal and operate around October-March give or take depending on the weather. Starter sets of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent are provided. Bring your own coffee for the regular coffee maker. This is the closest lodging to the LeConte Convention Center! You can walk right over no problem! Your condo has an adjoining door to the neighboring condo (we have that one as well). When your door is closed, it is always locked from the other side. When the other unit’s door is closed, it is always locked from your side. We have the neighboring condo as well so please keep your door closed at all times. We provide a note on each door as a reminder. Thank you. This property was perfect for me and my husband. We went for the annual Yama Con Anime Convention at the LeConte Center, and it was just a 5 minute or so walk. The greenway trail that runs behind the convention center to The Island was also super convenient, even though it was a little bit longer of a walk. It was great not having to drive much at all given how bad traffic gets on weekend nights during Christmas time. The condo was clean, our door code worked perfectly, and the check out instructions were super reasonable and easy. We had no issues with parking, and the location was just so perfect. This is going to be our go to condo when we visit from here on out!

Awesome condo, literally across from the LeConte Center. Couldn't ask for a better location! Walking distance to the Island, love parking the car and not getting back in until its time to leave!

Chris was amazing to work with. I was more impressed with the condo after seeing it in person! We had a dance competition at the Leconte Center which was walking distance—perfect location! The location was also just minutes away from all the best Pigeon Forge hotspots—5 minute drive (or less) to The Island and a 10 min drive to Dollywood. My favorite added perk was the sweetest bubbling brook—Little Pigeon River. Would gladly stay again.

Overall it was a good stay the only problem is that the place wasn't to clean the rugs were not vacuumed when we got there and the bathroom floors weren't to clean either also the pool to the condo wasn't clean either and it had no running filtration to keep the water clean

Great location for The Island and Dollywood. Loved looking out at the creek. Although in a busy area it felt secluded. Nice layout and loved having king size beds in both bedrooms. Kitchen had everything you needed although we didn’t use it. Will definitely stay again.

Lamps missing lightbulbs 😒. Need to take unit offline for deep clean. Love the location, LOVE the river babbling by and watching wildlife from balcony.

We’ve stayed in this complex many times before and love it’s convenience and ease of access to the activities we enjoy in Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. We traveled with another couple and even though we spent most of our time on the go, the condo was very comfortable for the four of us, each bedroom having its own bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with a small coffee maker (not keurig) which served us fine for our quick breakfasts before we headed out for the day.

We loved staying here and will stay again. We were in town for the gymnastics Regional Championship at the LeConte. Perfect location!! I was wondering if we would have all the street noisy staying there, no it was not. We sat on the patio every time we were at the condo. The noisy of the creek drummed out the street noisy. Amazing!!! Everything about the condo was awesome. Close walking distance to a lot of fun stuff to do. Can't wait to come back again!

We were disappointed when we arrived. The 2nd bedroom was not made up . We did find extra bed linens in tv stand in living room. Only had one roll of toilet paper but we had two bathrooms. Just not what we expected at all .

Was nice . Nothing is ever perfect. Place was everything we expected. Master bath shower does Not drain. Took very short showers and tub would fill up . Other bathroom,which wife used was ok , she said it needed a deep clean . But was still nice . Tv situation was a little confusing, not a big deal but hard to figure out for us older folks . All this being said good value, nice overall . Would return return. Thank you.

Great location. A bit noisy though due to location. River view was nice. Nicely appointed interior in unit however housekeeping may want to consider investing in a swifter duster. Not good for guests with allergies. Would stay again and would recommend.

We hope to return next year! We enjoyed our stay at your condo. We enjoyed the patio very much. There were three of us and we had three wash clothes and limited towels, But we had a washer and dryer. We walked everywhere. Great experience for us!
