The condo entrance is less than 100 steps from two oceanfront pools – one heated year-round. The pool area connects to private beach access and The Deck's Oceanside restaurant. Newly furnished and decorated, the condo and Beachside Colony Resort complex, located mid-island, combination creates a unique experience. The condo features a comfortable living space including a complete kitchen an island breakfast bar, and solid surface countertops, and a separate dining area. Comfortable seating in the family room with 9-foot ceilings, including a queen sleeper and a 65" television. The living area has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors which open to a balcony with views of the ocean, three pools, and a grass courtyard. The master bedroom features a king bed, TV, and adjoining private master bath with twin lavatories and a shower. The guest bedroom features bunkbeds, TV, and adjacent bathroom with single vanity and tub/shower combination. The Deck’s beachside restaurant and bar are 'on the grounds' and the YMCA, library, and children's playground are just across the street. You can stay connected through high-speed cable internet, including wireless access.
