The house is close to downtown and close to the high school. We were able to walk to the event center where the post graduation gathering was held (near city hall). The master bedroom was comfortable and the walk in shower was wonderful. The amenities in the kitchen were above average. The microwave did a great job with popcorn (using the popcorn setting) Using a keypad entry was good. That allows one to not have to keep up with a key, just remember the code.

Very comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, walk-in shower great for handicapped and or elderly. Host is very accommodating. Sky light over the tub is so relaxing. Love the location, it is walking distance from downtown and shopping. We were very comfortable and felt at home. This is our second stay and look forward staying again.

This was more than we expected by far, convenient, incredibly comfortable!! All the personal touches made it feel like ‘home away from home’!!! We will definitely stay here again. The hostess is more than gracious, the kitchen was fantastic, and all the amenities were marvelous!!! Highly recommend this property!!!

This was a great stay for 6 people (3 couples). We utilized 2 queen beds & the trundle bed (2-single beds). There was plenty of space for all of us to enjoy either sitting in the living room together or at the kitchen table. It's an older home but had everything we needed & the owners were very accommodating & answered all my questions prior to check-in. They get an A+ for customer service. The neighborhood was extremely quiet & close to everything Louisburg has to offer. Luckily, we brought a bag of ice. My only suggestion is that if you plan to have several people, bring a bag of ice for your beverages as I didn't see an ice maker, only refillable ice trays. Thank you for a great stay :-)

This was a great place for our cousins trip. The owner answered all my questions quickly and the amenities were great. We had a great weekend.

Stayed at this home for a family wedding in Oct 2022. Easy communication with the home owner. Home is as described. Be sure to not use the home address with “East” in the street name or you will end up at a different house. Would stay here again.

House is great, well stocked. Very clear instructions for stay. Everything you need is there, and everything was functional!! Appreciate the UBS ports and outlets for charging phones, etc. Painless checkin and out. Very quiet neighborhood!!! Will stay again next time we are in the area!

We were thrilled to find this property available as we planned a funeral service in nearby Paola. The house was adequate for sleeping 5 of us but the beds were definitely more comfortable than the pullout sofa bed. We flipped a coin on who had to sleep on that each night! :) The kitchen and bathrooms and laundry were all just great and made our stay so much better than a hotel. Grateful for this option!

The property is an older house and furnishings are dated, but everything is in excellent condition and very clean. The owner is quick to respond to queries. We noted that every age had been considered when adding amenities. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to a friend.
